    From the video:
    1. First thing in the morning take 4 oz orange juice (for vitamin C), 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (for potassium), and 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt (for sodium and minerals)
    2. Take an adaptogenic herb called Ashwagandha which increases GABA in the brain
    3. Take omega 3’s (he recommends fish oil capsules but there are more ethical sources of omega 3’s)

    I think adrenal dysfunction is a more accurate description. The adrenal gets desensitised by the massive amount of stress and cannot correctly judge how much cortisol is required. I’ve been struggling for 5 years with anxiety, insomnia and then thyroid issues, gut issues. I took PS100 which lowered my cortisol in an instant. Ashwagandha didn’t work for me. I’m now working on healing my epstein Barr virus which is the thing that targeted my adrenals by taking BHT.

    i like to make "wellness" shots and put them in like an extra olive oil dispenser I have. Could I pre mix the OJ, cream of tartar and pink salt, dissolve it all up and then just take 4 oz of it per day? Or is it something I have to make fresh each morning due to the product dissolving too much or something like that? I have family members (cough, cough husband) that will drink an entire container of OJ in one day if I bought and left it in fridge and then I'd have none left, so premixing this so I have enough for myself the whole week would be nice.

    Hi, so I’m confused about the orange juice. I understand it’s loaded in vitamin c which might be affective for AF but it’s also loaded in sugar and one of the primary rules in healing AF is to limit most forms of sugar except dark berries per Dr. Josh Axe.

But I no longer take lion's mane, and I see more benefits listed for ashwagandha. Also, is it okay to switch from one adaptogen to another? What about consuming maca powder while taking one of the two mentioned above?

      I think sugar is important as people with adrenal fatigue have blood sugar dips, so if you have sugar its best to mix it with some kind of fat like coconut cream that way you stop the blood sugar spike. Im going to try that soon and see how I do as the cocktail works amazing.

      Danny Hipps try it with water. Your much more likely to drink this consistently with the juice. Plus he’s not suggesting gallons of juice. Just a cup. If it’s quality orange juice it will have potassium adding to what your already taking.

    What if your adrenals are fatigue from a SIBO ( from getting a hold of tea with grass in it? Had no idea. Allergies to grass. Imflammed my gut. Than SIBO happened) and a medication given for the SIBO. They are so burned out from all the body inflammation and stress that im stuck having fruit or orange juice with every meal or before a small workout? My body was under so much stress from the medication. From SIBO yes. The meds made my body have major dizziness, sweaty palms, low sugar ( adrenals talking), heart palpitations, low potassium, extreme fatigue, brain fog. I was barely able to walk up and down the steps. J was running and left weeks prior. As soon as I stopped the meds all my dr wouldn't change and didn't believe was those, I was 50% better next day. Now I'm barely able to do small workouts. Sugar js still an issue after a workout and a meal. I'm taking vit b5, adding 6 tomorrow. Now fish oil since you brought it up. I'm drinking more than enough orange juice for the sugar. Im sleeping good. It's been 2 weeks. I'm still not very tolerant. Even slight stress. Not even stress. Just my body thinking it is.. all I'm doing is staying at home and not working because of this. Anyways, not even stress but small stuff. My body itself over freaks and pumps. Drops my sugar. I'm not even worried or having anxiety. Barely doing anything but sitting. Just a small workout here and there. Walking the dogs. Not even running. I went from energy to flat line after those meds. I also take zinc, D3 4k IU, copper ( I needed those prior to this from leaky gut) . I'm taking L-glutamine and bone broth thanks to your videos and others. I hope only a couple more weeks so I can get back to work? 😢

    Cortisol increases in a stressed state. One of the best things you can do to modulate cortisol levels is to reduce your PERCEIVED stress. Many times our stress is just our perception of stress. 2 different people can have completely different levels of perceived stress from a given stimulus. You may not be able to control certain things, but you can control your perception of incoming stimuli.
    And lay off OJ it's full of sugar and just exacerbates insulin resistance.
    People living a life with no purpose are stressed.

      insulin resistance is from fat, not sugar. If it is just straight orange juice, no added sugar, there is nothing wrong with that. Healthy. Add fats to it, then you have a problem.

    • @shatteringthematrix6959
      @shatteringthematrix6959 Рік тому

      @@Android-Zen That's the other way of reversing insulin resistance but you're creating other problems. Keto is burning dirty fuel for your body and it destroys you over time. There are a ton of people coming off keto who are very ill. It is a completely unnatural diet. Proteins acidify and putrify. Fats overstimulate. I am guessing you didn't know this?
      Humans are carbon based beings, not nitrogen like meat eaters. People are curing diabetes on all fruit. Fruit sugar is not a problem at all. Fruit sugars do not even have an insulin response unless your body is in bad shape, but that generally only lasts a few days if you were doing all fruit. Less than 30 days to cure insulin resistance on all fruit. No combined fats.
