Couple questions obviously this truck isn’t deleted and thanks for showing a tuner that doesn’t delet I have a 2020 highcountry is there any full exhausted system to run to get a little more noise without deleting I’m definitely getting this tuner now tho

Great vid! Thanks for showing the process. Quick question, what made you change the wheel/tire combo? Are these a better proportion than the Falkens?
The falkens were a better tire setup but I changed for the looks of the Nitto Ridge Grapplers and to get into a +0 offset wheel vs the -12 offset the previous combo had
Man idk I keep hearing nightmare stories on what this device does to your trans. Hopefully you'll run it and do an update in 6 months or so cause I'm on the fence here
Hey Tim, i’ll work on a follow up video. Where you hearing this information? 17-19 ht2 has no trans tuning available. This 2020-2023 HT2 device has TCM tuning but only a handful of people have this device since its not released yet
@AMERICANDURAMAX awe yea see I only have a 17 l5P but just on UA-cam and forums I've been reading and saw a cpl update videos saying they wish they didn't use it or went with a banks device. Wish they could do trans tuning for my year.
What fuel additive do you like using?
Did your MPG's go up any?
Yes i noticed a bump in power and slight jump in MPG's on economy mode
Do you think the banks derringer or this new one in your video will be better. I seen you had some banks products in your other videos.
Depends on your wants/needs. If you want to all out race, this beats the derringer.
If you want to add some power with a simple module that doesn't take long to install/uninstall and gives you confidence that your warranty is still intact, the Derringer is solid bet.
For those who don't mind flashing a file to their brand new truck and want to be the fastest truck on the block, This is it for sure

How does this effect the tow mode on the dash? does it still function?
If you flash it back to factory (I assume it possible) can the dealers know it has been flashed?
Beyond performance gains, does effect any normal functionality of the truck?
Can the edge CTS3 monitor fuel level like the banks iDash does? For those with larger fuel tanks like that titan you have, when the factory fuel gauge isn’t working properly.

Does this void the drivetrain warranty?
It depends on several factors. If you want to better guarantee any warranty issues, a pulsar v3 or banks derringer would be a better option
How much will this tuner cost?
ECM.TCM tuning, Edge hasnt released it yet. outgoing ECM only for 17-19 is 799 so i'd expect 899-999 for this
Can you use custom tunes with it or is it just off the shelf tunes that come with it
This particular device, no you cannot do custom tuning on it

It's been available, trans tuning though will be a few months unfortunately

Did you get any humming from the driveshaft after adjusting the speed limiter? I blew up my drive shaft in my 07 1500 after getting rid of the speed limiter.
Nope; Removed it on many trucks too and never an issue

the ht2 is not switch on the fly, not sure what you were asking buddy

Yes sir this will help with the current engine tunes, however, with the current aftermarket options on the market, I’d encourage custom tcm tuning. Its way better buddy. Let me know if you need some direction on that
How does this compare to the banks derringer with the idash? If you add the cts3 are you able to flash those tunes on that and pick which tune you want?
Derringer is awesome but this is noticeably faster. Not only power wise but the added benefits of TCM tuning make it faster just in the tcm tuning itself. These 10 speeds are known to be laggy when shifting.
I've asked Edge several times, the CTS3 will not function in anyway with this new Edge HT2 device. They work completely independent from each other. one tunes and one monitors. I think a monitor is definitely something great to have though.

Hey buddy the HT2 will not tune the truck with delete files or any type of custom tune files

@@rogueredshirt5239 it’s not even released yet to the public. You cannot buy this anywhere at this moment. This also does not tamper with vehicles emissions equipment either. This is legal in 49 states & will be 50 state legal soon.
You must be confusing this with deleting your truck. That is not what this is designed for, nor is it capable of loading deleted tune files onto the truck with this device
@AMERICANDURAMAX I may be confusing the devices, but I also know that CAA section 203(a)(3) and 40 CFR section 1068.10(b) don't just speak to deleting OBD diagnostic trouble codes. The law considers it a violation for "any person to manufacture or sell, or offer to sell, or install, any part or component intended for use with or as part of, any motor vehicle or motor vehicle engine, where the principle effect of the part or component is to bypass, defeat, or render inoperative any device or element of design installed on or in a motor vehicle engine in compliance with regulations under Title II of the CAA, and where a person knows or should know that such a part is being sold or installed for such use." Tuners or defeat devices, can be used to enhance performance, by not only bypassing the emissions system, but they could also be used to modify other aspects of the vehicle for example the engine calibration, or the fuel injection system. You said the carb EO is pending- fantastic I hope it passes. But until it does, why post videos about a product that may or may not be approved? CARB sets a high bar and it might not pass. If it doesn't, this is a video on a illegal defeat device.

@@carlosierra11 we offer the pulsar LT from Edge currently and it will remove speed limiter, adjust throttle sensitivity on the fly, adjust for larger tire size & more. It just does not tune the vehicle to add power.
But it can be used in conjunction with a Banks Derringer as well.
