Kids are grown and homes that size are a lot of work. And Malibu real estate substantially increased value, so it's worth so much more now than when it was built. They have a lot of fires there. The ocean is rising, so some homes have already be washed away. He's got 7 movies in production so I imagine he's not home a lot. Lastly, they call Kauai home now, so don't really need that much mansion in Malibu anymore. Keely grew up on Oahu and they are quarantining there and likely decided to just stay permanently as that's where they're happiest. There are a lot of reasons, I'm sure.
When people get old possession weight them down. It is common among the elderly to auction and give away stuff to live lighter. They can still splurge in hotels and resorts.

Of course it would have been super nice if one of the two of them had been present for this tour, as is the “norm” for A.D. Still the best 2 parts are nice and include 1) that we have the complete virtual tour without all of their feeling necessary talking and 2) that they obviously have the most incredible beautiful introspective eye into what interior design means reflecting custom latest-cutting-edge taste and spirituality at the same time....( cannot emphasize the importance of the amazing choice of the Eames chair ). Peace and love. Out.
