Most likely because they just bought already existing stock dino models and rigged them in blender. It's not as costly as creating and rendering your own CGI model.

That scene with Eric Roberts talking outside 'on the phone' with just his finger in his ear says everything you need to know about the quality of this movie. What gets me is that with just a few minutes of effort, they could have changed this from "Army has secret dino weapons" to "Military is called in because of strange dino infestation". That could explain why the guns don't work, why there's no one there, why the orders are confusing (No one knows at first what exactly is going on etc) It could have been used to fix so many plot holes. Of course that would have required effort.
@@ZimPetGirPls The thing is, it could work. Tell people the truth and they will immediately ignore your story and go bananas trying to find out what you're 'covering up'. The more evidence you provide to show you're telling the truth, the more they will be convinced you're lying.
I like to think that Eric Roberts in all these films are just versions of his Master from Doctor Who doing whatever mad scheme pops into his head today.
I would love it if Eric's characters in these films all had the same name. He is just the guy who gets lumbered with all the crazy sh*t and has to figure out what to do with it. You cannot out run a serial killer but by magic everyone important in a Dino film can magically out run every flesh eating dinosaur hahaha this gets me every time hahaha

They were created afterward because the ability to create dinosaurs became more accessible thanks to the events of Fallen Kingdom. Ian Malcolm literally warned people that genetic power had been unleashed and Henry Wu didn't want to sell the Indoraptor because he knew their buyers would be able to make more themselves. The ending also showed embryos being transported, not just live dinosaurs.

They are ultimately just animals.

I wanted to start off by saying I’m a long-time fan and have noticed/appreciated your production-level enhancements over the years, but I wanted to make a suggestion. I’ve seen you’ve switched over to ring lights. Now, they do produce somewhat nice, and even lighting that helps with keying, but those reflections in your glasses are hard to ignore. They are very distracting when you make sudden head movements. I have a low-cost solution you might try. They make diffusion gels that go over lights to soften the source, which can be costly. However, you could try using parchment paper for a similar effect that would cover the lights to create a more traditional solid source with no hole in the middle. That might make the reflections appear more pleasing and will also soften shadows. Unfortunately, parchment paper will likely knock down the intensity, so you’d definitely have to test, but just my opinion. I love the channel, and thank you for your dedication and hard work in producing great content.

I want to thank and applaud you for still being brave enough to show the parts of films that almost every other reviewer will always say "witch I can't show you because UA-cam hates " insert bad thing here and I can't afford to not be monitised even though I have God knows how many patreons/ yt members pay them each month I suppose what I'm trying to say is it is awesome that you still do reviews for the love of them and not just as much as can be squeezed out of fans. So the 'Big guns' in this film are just repainted Soldier 76 pulse rifles from the Nerf rival Overwatch line it seems. That's probably where most of the budget went.
