I finally replaced my ancient "kitchen center" stand mixer with a Kitchenaid and added the pasta attachment set. Looking to make my own egg noodles for no better reason than I haven't done that in 50 years of cooking, and I can't find raw noodles closer than about 45 miles. I have your cookbook but don't see anything in there on making noodles from scratch. Looked through your videos and if it's there, I didn't find it. Have you done anything online with DIY noodles from scratch and I've just not found it?
