What I find funny is that in the latest episode Din putted back the astromech socket, but underneath the socket there is the third engine, so how can the astromech be loaded into the ship?
I noticed that issue too. Same with Grogus hover pod. Neither is capable of being loaded in, unless the third engine retracts into the hull when landed.
On an original N1, the Astro-Mech had to be loaded from the bottom. Then the astro-mech’s head was separated from its body to be raised through the opening at the top. In some ships, the astro-mech could rocket its way into the socket, but the N1’s top opening is too small for an astro-mech to rocket into. R5 couldn’t have gotten in through the top or the bottom.
The Razor Crest is my favorite because it has the best combination of utility and looks. In fact, when taken with every ship in the Star Wars universe, the only one that beats it in my opinion is the Millennium Falcon.
I remember the first time we saw those seismic charges was during the chase scene between Jango Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars episode 2:Attack of the Clones when Kenobi followed Jango and Boba Fett to Geonosis.
You got my click just for calling Boba Fett's ship "Slave One." I hate that Disney has retconned the name to be just "Boba Fett's Starship." My favorite ship in the series is the Razor Crest. It's kind of like a cross between the Millennium Falcon and the Firefly Serenity from "Firefly." It's highly functional and livable. I'm currently building the MPC model kit(with aftermarket photo etch, Cargo Bay details and full lighting effects). When I get done with it, I'm putting together the Bandai 1/12th scale Mandalorian to go with it on a display space.
Mando kinda downgraded with the N1. The Razorcrest was designed to be a gunship like the LAAT. It was big, clunky, and lacked in speed, weapons, and maneuverability. However, it could take a beating and it had a spacious interior. The N1 is everything the Razorcrest wasn’t, minus the spacious interior. The N1 is a great starfighter, but it’s not good for bounty hunting. It can only fit Mando and an astro-mech. He would have no room to store a bounty. Mando is probably done with bounty hunting, so this doesn’t really matter. If he were to resume bounty hunting for whatever reason, the N1 wouldn’t cut it.
Given that we already have a few more space craft in the current 3rd season of the Mandolorian, I can see a part 2 coming right after the season concludes!
I don't accept Post-Diznee Lore. I theorize Luke would form a Jedi/New Republic Alliance with the Mandalorians to be protectors after the Fall of the Empire. Just imagine Mandalorian Jedi.
What always makes me wonder: why are the technologically highly advanced ships from the SW Galaxy so slow in atmospheric flight? I always thought these behemoths must easily reach hypersonic speeds, and yet they are slower than a Fat Amy (F-35)
@@Me-qp8vz I consider mere images to be spoiling, granted the images he showed were out of context. And I tend to binge watch them so I wait til the entire season or most of the season had already aired. Like I said already, it’s a really small issue.
Gotta do all the bounty hunter ships. My favourite is Bossk's Hound's Tooth, a heavily modified YV-666, it's a cross between a pirate ship and a tank that has flight capabilities, built for battle. Yeah, it's ugly, so ugly it's beautiful.
Slave 1 is pronounced Slaw-vay, like Slavik Slaw-vik but vay instead of vik. The actual Slaviks took offence to it, I think there was some sort of discrimination or defamation, slander or some kind of lawsuit against George Lucas over it.

@@Mrstealth93 I think Peli motto had a magic on N-1
@@duc9139 A what? Cant quite tell what you meant by "magic".

Me too. Razor crest has an awesome look.
The Razor Crest was awesome and Slave I is a classic - I'd like to see Mando get a new larger ship he can dock the N-1 to.
I remember the first time we saw those seismic charges was during the chase scene between Jango Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars episode 2:Attack of the Clones when Kenobi followed Jango and Boba Fett to Geonosis.
I love those seismic charges! Especially the way one was used in BOBF! (No spoilers!)
WOW Now That’s An Awesome Video & I Believe That “THE RAZOR CREST (THE MANDALORIAN: SEASON 1-2)” Is My Favorite Mandalorian Ship :-)🌟📺
THIS IS THE WAY
Thanks. I agreed. The Razor crest was an original design vs the modify N1.

Yeah, I hated the Firefly name. Slave One sounded better imo.

With all the efforts that have to go into these, you think they could animate some better finger discipline…
There’s SLAVE I 😮 unbelievable ‼️
please do the shield hello carrier on your UA-cam channel
Bro, your animations are awesome! Which program do you use for modelling? And which one to animate?
3ds max and thanks!
Razor Crest....still in our Heart ^^
Another amazing video
Glad you enjoyed it
Great video, really enjoyed it. 🙂🙂
Glad you enjoyed it
N1 reminds me of the 1973 Corvette Stingray Mark Hamill drove in 1978's Corvette Summer. Silver instead of orange obviously.
I think the Razor Crest is a rip-off of the Firefly Serenity.
Except for those big blaster canons.....Serenity was unarmed(except for the time it made a run through Reaver space to reach Miranda).
Great video, I prefer the 2 craft, personally 😀
Per Pre Diznee Lore, Carbon Freezing was an Ancient Sith practice of making grotesque Living Sculptures of captured foes.

GREAT! I was expecting for Slave One for years. Nice work!!
This is the way! 😍
Great summary of these ships. I'll have to check out your earlier one on the Razorcrest now 👍
Great video on the Star Wars episodes thank you my friend

Grogu might become the first one.
I'm loving this take on the N1, and I love that they stripped the paint back to the bare metal.
great review ! Bo-katan's transport fighter can be included in this vid.
Deffenitly the slave 1 i love the ship as it being very nostalgic and seeing it return in the mandalorian and tbobf made me really happy ❤
Great video, would have liked some inside view though 👍

2:50 Photon torpedoes ??? This is not startrek sir 🤣 Its proton....
Would be interesting to see a beskar-plated Razor Crest II in the future. 🤔
That would be interesting.
How did R4 drop through that engine? Big mistake in latest episode. Naboo fighter top load droids and not from under neith.
In the movie R2 loads from the bottom
How does the Astro mech droid get in and out of socket?
cross sections???????????????????????????
Please do the uss orville
I would’ve really appreciate an spoiler warning. Not a big issue just a pet peeve.
Edit: Great vid btw

Where did you hear that? Got anything to back it up?
