Thanks for posting. Did this workout twice, so far, with embarrassingly light weights. The second section is much harder than it sounds!

good workout, as a suggestion options for single bell and a final table summarising would be nice!

🙏🏻 you Gregory much appreciated. 💯🔥
One challenge I have is my competition kettlebells range from 12kg 16kg 20kg 24kg all singles. I have the 12s in a pair. Do you think a single would work with improvisation in strength phase 1 in this program? Reiterated thanks

I think one is gonna work just fine , as you go as heavy as possible , untill you get the second weight to complete your pairs

Yes! Use the heaviest bell for round 1 and split the volume equally between both sides. - Gregory

Wonderful quality kettlebells. Wider handles than the ones I'm used to, but that's not a bad thing.

    Man, I’m quite bummed…
Wanted to join the LebeStark Academy, now that I’ve got my second KB but then I was set on the bench because I’ve got to take antibiotics due to some dental issues.
So I’m still out for another seven days and then I’ll have to get a slow start again.
But hey, I’ll just keep going through the 30 Days of Kettlebells Plan once more until there’s another great offer to join.
Thank you so much for all your amazing content. Be blessed.

Great work out, the DL looks like a RDL to me? Which I love I have recently added double RDL to my armoury and they hit big and boy does your core feel it let alone your hips and hammys

    • @lebe-stark

Yes! I called it the "Hang Deadlift" which translated into a RDL. - Gregory

Excellent workout. Excellent video. Personally I feel like the cardio part is a little low in volume overall. Nothing that a couple of rounds of it won't fix.

Doing this for my next workout. I know that I need to include double KB training, so I just got two 16kg KBs. I will need to work my way up before adding another 24kg to my set.

      @bacul165 Рік тому +1

@@lebe-starkSorry that was just a silly comment, don't worry about it. Your explanation is clear as always, there's just an editing mixup - double hang deadlift is labeled Exercise 2, but it probably should be 3 since you already got double front squat as Exercise 2 around 2:17.

  • @jk8190

I have a set of 16, 20 and 24 kg. I would like to buy another one to complete a pair. Which one would you recommend? Another 16 or 20? I've tried to swing 16 with 24 and 16 with 20, but they seems to be very challenging (can't swing them enough to being able to do a clean). I can do hand to hand swings with 24 with moderate difficulity (I can easily clean it, but my forearms feel fatigued quite fast). Is there any way to work yourself up to start using double 20s or is it better to work with double 16s?

It's not a judicious to lift such heavy weights. Better take it lighter but focus on form.
