you're cool for that, i think it's underrated when it is better in the gameplay department than today's WWE games, the button combos put a lot more brains into it while today's games are quicktime events laced with mindless one to two button presses, makes me wanna faceplant on my keyboard...
Considering L.O.D/Road Warriors weren't in the company, it's a given that Droz's attires wouldn't reflect the horrendous storyline that caused them to leave (Droz enabling Hawk's drug addiction & supposedly attempting to murder him by pushing him off the Titantron).
i know this comment is old, but that really is a damn shame, i'll be sure to make that point in my review/LP, i'm guessing it was due to the limit of space on the cart and they felt that was something that the game could do without.
I always thought mygame easbroke bc they are in there, they are notlimiting space, itfelt rushed. Like theheat atena i recall was screwed up too, it looked liike a pre ppv heat set w hpuse show aprons,not the proper HeAT style apron of that era, i think it was better in the title mode but was completed jacked up for vs mode. Its been 20 years or so.i forgot exactly. But 2 things i recall was the inability to play w awesome alts in the game, unless u were player2 3 orn played oneself or other players w same characters.

The Fact That Undertaker Had Grey And Purple Gloves In The Game Made It Fun It's Nice Of Acclaim To Pay Homage To 1991-94 And 1994-96 Undertaker It's A Subtle Gesture To Undertaker

He has his Commissioner Suit, his face G.I. Joe-esque attire & 2 unknown attires that I can't seem to find a matchable comparison for. You would've thought they'd given him a Triangle of Terror alt. & the attire he wore in his famous bloody brawl with Pat Patterson to round out things.
Yep. Chyna either had the Corporation/McMahon theme "No Chance (in Hell)" when rating was on T for Teen or the generic DX theme "Break It Down" when rating was set to E for Everyone.

The TAFKA phase was something everyone, even Dustin, wanted to forget, so that explains the glaring omissions of his more outlandish attires (3 of which made it onto Warzone previously, anyway [the Marilyn Dust aforementioned, along with Dusty Dust & the bondage looking one with the fake nipples]).
I can't find anything.... ANYWHERE that tells me whether or not I can choose any alternate costumes on the Dreamcast version. I know you can switch them out on the Playstation version, but I can't figure out how to do it on the DC version I have... or if I even CAN do it.
Edge didn't do the Spear as his finisher at this time. He did the Downward Spiral (Flatliner) primarily. Yes, he debuted the Spear around this time, but it was just a signature & wasn't elevated to finisher status yet. Bradshaw did have the Closeline from Hell in his moveset, but it wasn't his finisher then. He mainly used the Powerbomb & Fallaway Slam at this time.
But they didn't have their own themes or moves. They shared Mankind's "Wreck" theme & classic entrance (him sitting in the ring & rocking back & forth).
Not just this game you can also unlock and play his other characters Cactus Jack and Dude Love in Warzone, and I think Smackdown 2, know your role and Smackdown 3 Just Bring It also
Remember some of these great tracks. And then Mero's music comes on... And you realize how generic his music was. WWF was really only interested in Sable, let's be honest.
You had to use the bumpe/triggerr buttons for each costume and you can to hold the specific one you wanted to use down while selecting the wrestler you wanted.
Trainer always used to make me think of Dusty Rhodes! love this game so much, still play it now.

Apparently, the Hardy Boyz did the mocap for the moves. They are both the same height, so that may be why.

You couldn't change your outfits on the Dreamcast either, unless you eliminate yourself in a Survivor Series or other similar match :(

Honestly they were interested in the Johnny B.Badd character but it was owned by wcw. Mero was jobbed out to his wife soon after and his career ended.
