We appreciate you watching 😊
Great travel tips for everyone.
Thanks 😊
Very wise words ~ a couple I wouldn't have thought of so thank you! 💚
We appreciate it 😊 thanks for watching!
Great tips for sure! Especially not be posting all over social media that you ain't home! Even have a friend come and move the vehicle out of the drive every now and then.
Oh… we like the tip of moving the vehicle 👍
I had not heard of the wallet passport! Thanks for the tip!
It’s a mini version so you can show that you do have a passport. It has your passport number etc. Handy to have if you lose your passport or it gets stolen. It doesn’t serve as your main passport but can be proof that you have one and they can look it up by the number. Just handy to have.
Great travel tips! We follow most of the ones mentioned, but learned a couple of new ones from your video. Have a great week and stay cool. It is in the high 90s here in Alabama!
It has been high 90s here with high humidity
Sweltering 🥵 but that’s summer
Great tips. We don't announce when we are going somewhere until after the trip is over for safety. I don't even tell family so it's not mentioned to anyone. We usually have a house sitter when gone too. I'm bad about not carrying much cash. I probably should carry a bit for just in case.
You never know when you might need some cash. We always take some also.
Great tips 👍 I’ve had that credit card problem a few times 🤪 nothing more embarrassing than having your card refused at the cashier 😂
We hate it! It’s so embarrassing 😳
☕️💰💵 I bring cash for emergencies, hoping to not have to use it. All your tips are great! We don’t post items online when away that broadcast we’re away. We wait til we are home. We were thinking about taking a quick trip, but it’s unbearably hot 🥵 and humid right now, so we’re staying home keeping cool, enjoying Coffee Talk.☕️❤️🇺🇸
Thanks! We also always have some cash ‘just in case’. You just never know when you might need it. Stay cool! It’s been very hot here too!
Great tips
Thank you! 😊
We live in an apartment and thankfully feel very much safer leaving our home empty while away. Our CC needs to be activated to either within or out of Europe. I tend to turn wifi off shopping- the stores can 'follow' you while shopping and send advertisements constantly for their products. It's not just a holiday issue. Passport always travels with us. A digital copy as well. I have to say - we feel very safe traveling- using our common sense. Many of these issues are also possible close to home. Sadly there are people out there who think they have the right to take what's yours and make it theirs. B~e safe- be sensible-be aware. But most of all - Enjoy life. 👌🇳🇱🙋♀🥝
So true. Most is common sense and can also happen while at home. Have a wonderful day. 😊
All very good tips thank you
We appreciate you watching ☕️😊
@@RetiredLovingIt my first trip when I finally get retired is to Mount Rushmore.
@stevecardinal9972 that’s on our bucket list 👍
Ah ha, we don’t have that mail issue here because we have letter boxes in our front doors.
One less thing to think about before you travel. 😊
Great tips! The credit card one has hit us a few times in the past. Thankfully, our credit card issuer (Chase) no longer requires that as of last year.
We only have one card that does that and if we forget to contact them ahead of time it’s frustrating but we understand they are only trying to protect us from fraud.
@@RetiredLovingIt Chase used to do that to us and yes it was frustrating. 😁 They are really protecting themselves against fraud as they are wiping off the charges. It does make sense for them to protect themselves.
