CJ Pony Parts thank u I know it’s all one piece just not 100% sure on how to take it down from what I can tell it’s held on by the plastic pillars in front, rear pierces, 2 clips in back and map light and sun visors in front. That’s all I can think is holding it but one said it might also be glued in?
I'm taking the time to wrap my factory panels with black (and purple the car's midnight purple) suede to match my car as it was silver and gray from the factory. It's another good option as well before you go tossing the panel if you have some upholstery skill. You can get faux suede for $8-12 a yard, stitch and glue my friend.
Okay, I got it realigned. There's a bolt underneath that allows to disconnect the track from the worm shaft and then I just moved the free sliding part(where track was attached) on the worm shaft by rotating it, then reattached the track. Done. Probably not explaining it well, but basically I just had to readjust the attachment point. No special tools needed, just a wrench.
SAdly, this carpet seems to not have UV protection. I keep my 2006 garaged and it is only out while I am at work, and in two season, my black carpet is turning a rust brown where the sun hits it.
We literally have the same car, I'm so thankful that I've found you, thank you for existing 😭❤️
