    I just dont get this with subs and views. here you are sharing amazing tips and tricks to create super amazing plates. And even if its a nish territory one would assume that they like me clicked subscribe because they have a genuine interest. But you only get maybe 10% of the views that should reflect that. A damn shame. I love your work and I like every video you put out. I wish you the best and hope you never give up this amazing channel and keep doing what you obviously love.

    Since vanilla is so expensive never trow away ur bean.. put it when used in a jar of suger or like what chef majk did.. so u get either a strong syrup or sugar

    Is this something else then vanilla extract?

    • @ChefMajk
      @ChefMajk  8 місяців тому +1

      This is vanilla syrup, for extract, you would have to use probably some sort of alcohol.

    • @AB-sr3yv
      @AB-sr3yv 8 місяців тому

      Did somebody say alcohol

    • @Sleezy.Design
      @Sleezy.Design 8 місяців тому

      It is, in fact, vanilla extract. The flavor components of the vanilla are extracted into the syrup as a medium. You can use different mediums like alcohol or oil to extract different molecules that are only soluble in fat or ethanol. So yes, this is a vanilla extract, but it's also a sweetener because of the high sugar content

      @ChefMajk  8 місяців тому +2

      @@Sleezy.Design ok, yes can be, call it extract if you like. Names are not that important in cooking anyways
