Audition Anxiety! I get it, DO YOU?

Sweating, incessant yawns, sneezing, heart palpatations, thoughts you might throw yourself out of a window?
All feelings one gets when you're about to do an audition, or interview?
Yep! ME TOO!
Here is a little video featuring @pebblesstrallen (She'd love more insta followers,) on her new 'Best Friends By Sherri' anti- anxiety bed that she loves. (This is not a paid ad but she and I are so pleased with it I want to share the love!) and my last experience of feeling these feelings before having an audition and how I think I just about overcame them.
