Anyone trying to teach you something and know their skillsets is great. Definitely a great video and I would like to see more content like this. Hopefully we start to see some of our strong sisters get busy on the channel as well. We are a working community and that's what makes strongman great 💪🏻💪🏾💪🏻💪🏾

    Thanks for posting this!
Martins is a very intelligent athlete who puts a lot of thought and detail into his work. That "train smarter not harder" approach. Its a great equalizer to go against, and beat, the monsters he's competing with.
This is a great video and the tips address what I think we've all felt but didn't know how to correct. Can't beat it.
Thanks Martins and thanks Official Strongman!

This is a great mechanics video, not just for circus dumbbell, but for one arm dumbbell presses and side presses. Much appreciated.

This video came just in time for me. I always kept attention to hold my body as steady as possible and push only from the shoulder itself.
Maybe that's why I have shoulder pain... 😑

Just a question on strongman dumbbell press training. For me it appears as though an athlete will end up with one side/shoulder more developed than the other because of extended use over time.
Is this a valid concern or not a consideration at all? Perhaps it sort of evens out with other training events like logpress?

Christopher Ntogaiti fair question, but they both sides. Even if in a competition they use their dominate arm, they train both sides in training.
