    My self-talk is getting worse and I’ve started vocalizing it out loud when I get extremely overwhelmed. I enjoy Dr Helmstetters Self-Talk program but find myself arguing with it. The VA has referred me to a psychiatrist at my request and I’m hoping for a diagnosis and to start ADHD medication.
