    I've had the PRS 100 for almost a year now, however, I hardly ever used it as I kept having all sorts of trouble shooting. After recently finding your videos, I can now say I love this machine! Thank you for the content, you now have another subscriber 🪡🤩

    Hi! I´ve just got my PRS100 .I´m loving your channel, my first use was with your video in the back 😂😂 so thanks for that, your videos are amazing !!. I´m having trouble to find the software to make my own design and I wanted to know which one do you use. Greetings from Argentina🥰

      I'm so happy you're enjoying my channel! Keep me posted if you have specific questions about the PRS 100, I love doing subscriber Q&A! I work with the Pfaff Premier + Ultra Software. But I think if I were to buy a program now, I would get Hatch. It's available on line and it works great (I tried it for 30 days and love it... contemplating switching!) Here's a link ... Give it a try! hatchembroidery.com/free-trial?gclid=Cj0KCQiAt66eBhCnARIsAKf3ZNGfT446EwuSiale7uS-8M4fYaaJuKwOAfkrYg6PxMlS0mSH2OAggr8aAnT6EALw_wcB

    it's me again. lol called Brother and the same thing. changed the needle rethreaded. oh boy Top thread still too short to pick up bobbin thread. I'm watching this too see where your tension knobs are .

    • @JSternDesigns
      @JSternDesigns  Рік тому

      So frustrating... I do think it has something to do with the way the thread is winding off the spool, or how it's going through the thread guides... or getting caught up somewhere so it's creating a tension on the thread that pulls back making the tail too short after it's cut... Did you try using a different brand of thread? Some brands (like Floriani) do not work well in my machine. ... Racking my brain to think of what else I can suggest!!!

    I just got this machine today and it also says to return the bobbin holder to its original position. Is it referring to the latch that was on the side of the machine? This video was very helpful.

      Hi, so excited for you! I think the latch they are referring to is the latch you grab to pull the bobbin case out. When you're holding it (so it's not laying flat against the bobbin case), it holds the bobbin in the bobbin case so you can put it back in without the bobbin falling out. Once the bobbin case is back in the machine, I like to pull the thread tail to see if the case is securely inserted properly. If the bobbin case pops back out at you, try putting it in again (holding the latch).... Let me know if this helps! Thanks Jen
