@redmilitia117 I see where papa was going with this in his initial "feed homeless people dogs" bit. But in American culture, almost everyone sees dogs as friends/family and not as a food source. Most homeless people are not going to want to eat dogs, especially their own pets which may be their only support system on the street. It is kinda gross and dehumanizing to even suggest this as a "solution" to homeless Americans not having enough food. Death row inmates are meat too, but we wouldn't suggest serving them up as Wednesday's chili at the shelter.
In short, this bit about eating dogs has gone on way too long and does not apply as any type of solution in reality.

It was a meme and a way to give some extra money to the crew. They animated some NFT’s and kept telling people not to buy them the whole time, one of the NFT’s was even a picture of Dan saying “I have a bridge to sell you” because he didn’t think anyone should buy them. The fans just did it to support the crew it definitely wasn’t some kind of scam or something 😂

I know it’s wild, but concepts have meaning.
@@alicetoyou448 I just went and watched the clips h3 has where some of the buyers of the NFTs call in and they all think they’re gonna make a profit off of them, and they didn’t get a lot of push back from Ethan or anyone else on the crew. So I don’t even think it really matters what Ethan says about the NFTs people are buying them thinking they’re gonna make a profit and the people buying them aren’t hearing for the first time that NFTs are a scam from Ethan.
Also not all NFTs are sold as investments either, a lot of them are just sold as digital art and a way to show proof of ownership.
I think it ultimately comes down to the actual product being sold and not the intention or concept behind it, people will buy all sorts of things for all different reasons no matter what they’re sold as, just like the people who bought the H3 NFTs thought of them as investments even tho they weren’t sold as such, and the reason they thought of them as investments is because the product being sold (NFTs) and it doesn’t matter what the concept is behind it.

Idk about Papa Gut saying that women prefer to take a back seat and let their male partner take most of the lead is right. Every individual is different and I know many men who prefer their partner, even female partners, to take the lead because "she knows better than I do". Whatever works with you and your partner is important.
If men are saying that women are always more submissive, it's because they surround themselves with submissive women. I know many many women who are comfortable taking the reigns and may even be less comfortable if their partner tries to take that position. It's all about communication and finding the right partner for you that compliments and lifts who you are and into a better version of yourself.

The amount of hate videos made about Ethan are endless, a lot of the criticism is earned, and the hate is justifiable. But people don't give him credit where it's due. The dude isn't driven purely by profit the way Hasan is. He did lose most of his backbone, but he still has a few disks left. And back in the day, the dude was genuinely pretty important for UA-cam, his case against Matt Hoss definitely set precedence. He used to be a down to earth dude, and I think he knows he's lost it.

The Draft Kings accusation kinda wild ngl. If you were around when Draft Kings hit the scene then you'd know they were VERY aggressive about trying to market themselves as "totally not gambling" to skirt state and federal gambling regulations. They got away with it for quite a while too. There's literally an ENTIRE Last Week Tonight episode about it because them pushing unregulated gambling onto unsuspecting people was becoming such a widespread issue. Draft Kings was literally EVERYWHERE, like, cable TV, ads, sponsorships, EVERYWHERE.
You can definitely argue that Ethan didn't do a good job of vetting his sponsor there, but I'm not convinced he's some malicious hypocrite who knowingly promoted gambling when duping suckers into thinking they WEREN'T gambling was literally Draft Kings' entire business model in the 2010's. I don't want to be mean, but the only people who are going to be convinced by this point are the people who somehow managed to dodge a Draft Kings ad, or the 15 year olds who were probably still sucking on their thumbs when all this was going on.

I get the sense that this dude KNOWS how disingenuous he's being, because he never seems to note the dates on any of the clips he's showing. If you really had an argument then noting the dates would make your case STRONGER because you can prove Ethan held two wildly different opinions within a short amount of time. Judging by some of these, he's showing clips from YEARS apart next to each other and pretending like they're happening concurrently. Which is even dumber since Ethan's weight loss makes it painfully obvious in some cases.

Obama care was crap for those who are poor but not homeless poor. I dont have health insurance because i just cant afford it and generally healthly women. But i make to much to get Obama care for free. So now because i dont have insurance i have to pay 55$ for each month i dont have when i file my taxes. Which usually just takes my whole income tax that i worked for. Obama was literally crap for his dumb health insurance.
Because it got gutted of the public option, which is the actual price control. And gave states an opt out.
Otherwise it was decent looking policy. But he tried to reach over the isle for no good reason
I work with the homeless population, and they all have insurance now in my state, and that is a major lifeline for them. The Medicaid they get due to the ACA pays for their mental health treatment and sometimes the insurance will even pay for housing so they don’t have to keep going to the ER. Just because something didn’t help you, doesn’t mean it was bad for society. It means we still need more legislation to help you and the rest of us.

As a physician I finally saw diabetics that could not get Medicaid finally be able to get meds so many cases! And my insurance is 1k a month and that 55 $ you pay goes to insure millions who could not pay 55$ for basic inhalers! Nothings perfect but prior nobody poor without kids - to get Medicaid had any options I spent yrs without health insurance luckily I was young and did not have a serious issue to happen.

I like H3 Podcast but I stopped giving Ethan benefit of the doubt after the QT Cinderella incident. I disagree with you that her response was disproportionate. It's gross as hell to be treated like you're nothing more than a body, especially by a family friend and no one has the right to decide if she's overreacting. I've rarely seen QT get emotional.
