Honestly a pretty decent back work-out. But 10 sets of pull-ups is excessive, and it lacks moment pulling front-to-back, like rows.
Absolutely. It's all vertical pulls, mainly a lat focused workout. I'd swap the 6 sets of lat pulldowns for 6 sets of rows.
I'm currently fucked up my back and still I'm recovery. Can't do any bent rows barbel or Dumbell back pull standing
