Another excellent coaching tip this time on the lob. Great explanations on how & when to play it, what to look for. Looking forward to more squash tips. Thank you!
Hi Peter, l have watched tons of videos clips....Yours are really top of the class, so clear and comprehensive and all encompassing to help us to understand and execute. For those videos not in English, some subtitles wd be invaluable. Thanks again.
I would suggest boasting to yourself from the T area, play a lob and work on moving back to the T when u you hit your lob. Obviously with a ball machine this would make it easier. You could also start with a lot of balls in the front of the court and just play a lob with a cold ball to get the feeling for the angle and speed. Hope this helps!
I especially like the length of the video -- 10 to 13 minutes gets the content in without me having to commit too much time watching. You show the technique first with you only. Later in the video you show your drill partner providing the ball, your lob return and her drive, your drive, and the drill starts again. This shows how the drill partner fits into your drill while she also gets a benefit by hitting the drive and then the setup shot to start again.
Thanks for the easily understandable mechanics of the lob shot.
Really clear ,more than just step by step execution but imp tips wen n why n where to execute.Best so far.Tks
Quality tips! Love the channel!

Goed werk, Sebastiaan!
Dank Steven!
Small tip to make your lob more effective, sell it as a drop, hold for as long as possible before you lob. Cheers
Great tips, thanks! Music in background is dope, can you please let me know what the beat is?
Thanks for the amazing content! Any chance we get captions for the ones that are not English?
Either way keep it up!
Will change the captions, thanks for your feedback
@squashoriginals2392 How can you train the lob efficiently in solo practice? Is there a specific routine for training the lob?

Are u still driving forward with elbow
little bit, but trajectory of swin is most important, from low to high!
