#Squash #PSAWorldTour - Спорт
That has to be the most insanely attacking game of squash I've ever seen. Granted, partly due to some feeds from Abouelghar, but still!
Incredible display of finishing abilities
I’m very impressed with Asal and his super positive game. When the scoring system, the ball and the tin height were adjusted/ changed this is the type of squash that was envisioned. I’ve been playing squash since the mid 70’sand Asal reminds me of Hiddy Jahan who had the same pace, size and reluctance to go for minute rallies. It’s takes enormous talent and nerve to attack when the opportunity presents itself; it’s hardest when cash and a title are on the line.
Would love to see this as a whole match with a nick counter for both players.
Would also love to see some of the speeds that that ball is hit at from Asal. The sound on the front wall when he winds up is ridiculous.
Asal needs 2 years of experience and he's going to dominate every single match . Watch out big boys
Your comment is right, look at him now
5:10. you’re welcome.
In 2022-23 Asal wins 1/2 PSA platinum events. In 2023-24 Asal wins all PSA platinum events.
NickFast😎🇱🇺👍
This is why it makes this sport so fantastic and OLYMPIC
They repeated it because it was a let and Asal did not have full access to the front wall of the serve and if they don't have that it is a let.(this is for Franz Kurz)
Asal’s crosscourt kill at 5:15 might be the best improvised shot I have ever seen!
That is an absolute RIPPER
Also come on why isn't squash an Olympic sport!!!🎾🏸( I know this is not a squash racket but they are the closest you can find)
The International Olympic Committee is corrupt. But, if you want to watch rock climbing, skateboarding, and other hobbies, the olympics is the place.
The Olympics are overrated, change my mind

I disagree with the video decision at 3:39. The striker hit the ball back to himself and the incoming player (Asal) would have easily put that poor drop shot away. The quality of the shot should decide it’s retrievability, not the quality of the block.
There are several things to keep in mind. One should remember that the number one priority coming off the ball is to clear for your opponent, not back into their footpath to the point where they can hit the ball.
Also, the incoming player is entitled to chose the optimal balanced footpath to the ball. Keep in mind that the optimal footpath for striking the ball is often an arc(!) and this is quite distinct from the straight line to the ball. Rarely is this fact elucidated. If this optimal arcing footpath is impeded in real time-the incoming player will struggle to reach the point where they can effectively strike the ball. Again, their goal is not to reach where the ball is-but where they can hit the ball with interest. Third party observers often overlook this very important point. While going for that striking point, while the outgoing player is backing straight back leads to “going into the back of the opponent” and the erroneous belief that this is distinct from trying to hit the ball...
Charles Hsieh this would be true but Asal originally went in the wrong direction so he created the interference hence the no let
Also the quality of the retrieval will surely not be enough to grant the both equality. Even if the ball were picked, aboulghar would still have the advantage. This also is in favour of aboulghar.
@@michaelmacari5647 I was looking for that as well, but there are two considerations. Firstly, I think he moved before the ball was played, meaning that rule doesn't apply. Also, nowhere in the rules does it say moving in the wrong direction initially means no let. If you go the wrong way first then recover, you can still get a let if you would have gotten to the ball.
@@akblacksnake I think it was also the fact that Asal seemed to go for the man rather than the ball.
I would appreciate if they kept the rules a bit stricter about having your whole foot inside the square while serving. Saw s few of those mistakes on asal. It would make the game better with stricter rules.
what happend at 8:24? why do they repeat the 1st shot? anybody knows?
Safety let - replayed point for safety innit
LIterally shooting the ball!
Who knew they would raise a monster...
"that's got to be clipped" ahem .....
This Asal kid is sensational
Useless commentators...
