Also when you get one all the words on it is gonna be in Spanish and it usually has 18+ on the cap instead of the name corona . Mine is special edition with a English C and a soccer player on the cap.
Some of the time you may find a funky one but that’s the way it is with Corona. I like them and drink them often. At a bar with a lime but I never have limes at home. Lol.

Review of Corona Premier from an average beer drinker: I've been a life-long Corona fan and wanted to see how the Corona Premier tasted. I'll premise this by saying Corona is one of my favorite beers, but Corona Light is also surprisingly good, with it tasting like one of those Caribbean Light Lagers which go done smoothly on a hot day. In fact, I'd probably choose Corona Light now, as it's a little lighter. Anyway, I tried the Corona Premier. To may a long story short, I didn't even finish the bottle! (And poured the rest down the drain). Yep, it's that bad and probably one of the most tasteless, sawdust beers I've ever tasted. The closest thing I can equate it to is a Michelob Ultra. It doesn't even taste like Corona is any way. Don't waste your money on a six-pack of this Corona Premier.
I haven't met a Corona that I didn't like. Familiar is my favorite, but I'd drink any of them. I have spent a fair amount of time in Mexico, and a couple of people told me that the lime wedge originated as a means to keep flies out of the beer. I don't know if it's true, but it kind of makes sense! I don't need the limes to enjoy this beer.
I thought you guys were REAL beer drinkers. Skunk beer is beer that was cooled then put in s warm room then cooled again. Corona is known for it's skunk beer. Brown bottles don't seem to have that skunk problem. I always send back the skunk beer.

I have heard the same thing about the lime. The last two I’ve had were the Familiar and with no lime. 😁🍻
