Just before this video was posted I put some coffee in my French press and decided to meditate for the 5 minutes it took to brew.
This is a better way to do that! So awesome!
Hi Jack, I started this practise again and you are with me with my goal of being a best selling author. I especially find it helpful that you explain things in a real way and to start small.5 minutes can turn to more time but it helps to start as 5 minutes can go to waste without anything constructive anyway..relaxing and sitting still brings huge returns right?! Feeling clear and ahead of things. My dream to meet you will happen as I was so near in Dublin Summit In 2016 I think. I was by chance in Belfast and saw the Ad in the paper..I will practise more😃🖐🍀🍀💕

Was not sure quite what mindfulness exercise was about, now that I listened to this short introduction to it I can now throughout my day take a minute to ask myself what im feeling and mindfully adjust if need be or not if everything is good but at the same time realize why im happy etc and use that understanding in future mindful exercise. Early morning, I just do some exercise and yoga, the sit for mediation for a couple of minutes. I just sat down on the ground in the open area try to visualise my breathing and slowly visualise my vision board. That's it.

Struggling hard to manifest money. Debt ridden. Doing eft, affirmation, sedona, gratitude. But result is very slow and creditors don't wait.

But what if you feel like you've never accomplished anything?
"Breathe in and out in natural rhythm". But in your demo u are breathing a bit hard. Fatigue will set in if you continue doing this. In natural breathing, your neighbour should not even hear your breathing.
