  • Ingredients:
    Festive Baked Brie
    2 x 200g brie
    8 ea preserved Green Figs
    45 ml Honey
    Zest of 1/2 an orange
    50 g peeled Almonds Toasted, Chopped
    50 ml Brandy
    Sourdough
    Flaked Salt
    1 apple Apple, sliced
    Method:
    Light Weber side coal baskets to reach a medium heat , about 180C
    Add Figs with syrup, Almonds, Honey & Orange Zest together in a bowl and mash together
    In a baking dish place cheese then top cheese with Sweet bits, and nuts and a pinch of Salt
    Place in Weber kettle with lid closed for 8-10min until cheese is soft and oozy.
    Flambe’ with Brandy.
    Serve with Sliced Apple and sliced sourdough
