Weber One Pan Breakfast

  • Ingredients:
    30ml Oil
    15g Butter
    400g Brown Mushroom, wedged
    8 Eggs
    Coil of Thick Wors (400g)
    2 Onion small
    5g Cumin
    1 400g tin Baked Beans
    2 Small green chilli
    2 small Garlic cloves
    Salt
    Method:
    Light your Weber on a moderate heat, around 180C
    Place a Weber Dutch Oven on the grill and allow time to heat up
    Add knob of butter and oil to the pot then brown sliced mushrooms, add in small batches to allow to brown.
    Add the thinly sliced onion and garlic before adding cumin and sliced chillies, you can leave out the chilies if you are cooking for your family. Sweat everything together.
    Place coiled wors on the braai and brown before transferring to pot with beans, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and season to taste then cover for 5 minutes to steam
    Add the beans to the pot.
    Crack eggs into the pot, cover to cook the eggs.
    Once the eggs are cooked, finish with seasoning and chive snippets.
