Cannot believe that the Speccy had better scrolling and grapple mechanic than the Amiga. The euro C64 version had great music, proper playfield scrolling and a good grapple mechanic. Oh, and the euro C64 music is great, mentioned twice because it is so good.
*Did You Know?* The Game Boy version of _Bionic Commando_ was developed by Minakuchi Engineering. Minakuchi Engineering also created _Mega Man in Dr. Wily's Revenge_ and _Mega Man 3-5_ on the GB. There's a _lot_ of carry-over sound effects, and the music is _very much_ in the same style.
The Amiga version looked nice, but it's just non-stop enemies dropping from the sky. The U.S. C64 version is just one of the reasons I used to call them Crapcom back in the 80s. With the exception of Commando, which was cut down from the arcade version to make it all fit in memory at once (thanks to Europe and the UK all using cassette drives), I can't think of a single Capcom port to the C64 in America that was any good.
Apart from the awesome Tim Follin soundtrack on most, the straight arcade conversions are a journey through a bottomless pit of horror. Core mechanic of the game : the grappling hook. Amiga version : nope. Not yet. Still doesn't grapple. Oh there you go ! Euro C64 version seems quite alright. The Amstrad CPC version not even having the tune is the icing on the cake.

What are the things that are worse in Amiga compared to C64, besides the horrible scrolling? Sidenote: Both of their physics seem to be kinda floaty....
The Japanese name is Top Secret (because i typing the infamous dictator during German was Nazi and WWII references is censored and forbidden), meanwhile in the west is Bionic Commando (Because the policies from North America's Nintendo branch (NOA) at the time, the sensitive names must be washed out and more widen-terms alongside with highly-restricted licensing).
