When you say 750g biscoff spread. Is that in total? Or once for each layer? Assume you mean in total and then just half it? Also do you microwave it to give it that more runny consistency?

@@KatBakingExplorer Hey! Thank you so much for this. Came out perfect! I was wondering about storage though? Would I be best keeping it in the fridge or sealed in containers? Also is it ok to freeze some of it? There's no way we'll get through all this before it goes off

@nagromat Yeah! Came out fine. Just need to put it in a air tight bag and tub. I tried defrosting for 24h in the fridge but it wasnt fully defrosted so i gave it a couple hours out on the side also and it was fine
