I love that you always post the recipe in the description box, but I would love to see the baking temperature and time, as well as whether you bake them with or without fan there. It would make things way easier for me during baking, since I wouldn't have to look through the video for those instructions while baking :)
Yes, full written instructions alongside would be SO helpful, as whenever I bake a recipe it's constant 'pause, start, rewind' on the phone!! Certainly temperatures🌡and times at the least!

The only thing was my baking time, maybe my oven is less powerful, but I baked it for way longer than 15 mins, just until I notice a golden brown exterior.
one thing i've noticed with their bakes are that they use a fan assisted oven so it's actually much hotter so what i do is i just google fan assisted oven conversion and convert it to the units you use it ends up being higher. I hope that made sense but it really made sense for me after coz i was also baking my stuff for way longer.

I just made these and honestly 10/10, I had to add an extra egg because my mix was too dry but the extra egg sorted that out fantastically so I will definitely be keeping this recipe.

These are so good. I made mine with demerara sugar and chopped up galaxy chocolate and tesco cooking white chocolate as i didn't have light brown sugar or choc chips but they turned out absolutely amazing. Best cookies ever 10/10.
I did try that, but the caramel doesn't really get that frozen in the freezer. So, it was a pain to put in the center of the dough, and when baking it just runs off. Since it runs off, the caramel kind of burns, and the cookies get very oddly shaped.
@@chelsbells408 Have you tried using Rolo sweets (the chocolate outside, gooey caramel in the middle sweets). I substituted the lotus biscuits with rich tea finger biscuits and popped a frozen rolo in the centre of each cookie. Turned out amazing :)
Jade Diep I can’t find rolos anymore in Florida, I did tried chewy Werther’s original caramels which are a little harder. But nothing I try truly works without getting messy everywhere.
Thanks so much for this amazing recipe! Just tried it--these are heavenly! My tip is make sure not to overbake (I thought they weren't baked through and kept the first few in for longer, but they got too dried out and dark on the bottom). The rest I only baked a couple minutes over the recommended time and they were perfect.

I have a challenge for Sally and the Cupcake Jemma team! Since you use biscoff in so many recipes (I mean it’s heavenly so why wouldn’t you?!) can you come up with a homemade biscoff recipe? I can’t enjoy biscoff anymore due to the soy ingredients, and I have been unsuccessful at recreating the flavor of biscoff in my attempts. My cookies have a nice spice to them, but not that classic spice/sweet biscoff flavor! Thank you for all of your amazing videos and tutorials! I have absolutely loved trying out new things during this pandemic! 🥰

I'm having trouble getting mine to spread/ flatten when I bake them. The temp is supposed to be 180 C, correct? And they're supposed to be frozen when you put them in?

Since the best cookies I have ever made are your NYC chocolate chip and NYC birthday cake cookies... I had to search for this stuff called “Biscoff”. This USA guy was surprised to easily find it and to discover these amazing tastes. The cookies are now in the freezer overnight and I am not so patiently waiting. I finally did it I made them! 😌 they were amazing the way they baked aah I’m so happy! I played about a bit because I love love love peanut butter soooo i used the choc chip ny style cookie recipe and added some peanut butter to the dough white choc chips and froze dollops of jam to put inside they were sooo delicious! I can’t wait to experiment with more flavours! Thank you sally - without knowing you really do make people feel like they can and should try! You’re such a great motivator 💐 thank you!!

These we soooo good! I couldn't get a photo of them, they were gone too quickly 😂 I had to bake mine for 3 minutes longer as they just weren't ready yet, but wow. My biggest regret is not making the biscoff spread balls bigger. But that's a great excuse to make a second batch!
They did but not as much as the photo. I've made a few NYC cookies and they never flatten, but I'm thinking I've just pressed them too hard when balling them. I'll be less rough next time.

For those who, like me, don't like that some of your cookie has a filling in it (even if it is delicious like Biscoff :D) because it takes too much space and you don't have enough 'cookie', try and melt some biscoff to top your cookie. It does the trick :) that's what I do. Awesome video, as usual!

Just bake the cookies 200°c for 11mins convection
same with temperature and timing, I think the whole idea is to watch the video to get it...

Indeed, was going to say that dulce de leche freezes perfectly, and imo is way better than caramel (but that's a matter of taste, of good taste 🤣)

There are loads of UA-cam videos for homemade cookie butter, perhaps you'll find one that's suitable for your dietary needs?

You mention Nutella and I wonder if anyone has tried making a half & half Nutella and white chocolate spread cookie with milk and white chocolate chips? It also got me thinking of other flavours, years ago I used to bake minty chocolate muffins, would love to see you guys try a mint aero chocolate chip cookie....you’ve inspired me now lol.

I just made those cookies but instead of biscoff spread and biscoff cookies, I added Twix spread and some Twix pieces and OMG I am in heaven

After reading the comments on here I did not freeze or chill my cookie dough and it spread nicely. I made 60g cookies.
