Enjoy!
You nailed it on them being huge Steve Vai fans. They were shitting their pants when they reached out with the idea to do a song together. According to one of Tim's videos 😂
I seen the notification for Polyphia clicked and seen it my favorite Polyphia song.
I love when an instrumental tells a story, and this is a perfect example of that.
Indeed, such a great track.
Thanks again for taking the time to view and engage, @LostHate. We appreciate your ongoing support!
Good explanation. Well donee

This should be a intro to a TV show
That was beautiful. Although I’m more of a David Gilmour listener, Steve Vai clearly stands out as a guitarist, composer and a kind personality. For me the whole piece was a play between master and student. Neither of them work well with a big ego. And they were great together.
Absolutely!
Thank you for taking the time to view and engage yet again, Andrea. Much appreciated!
You probably won't read this comment since you have released many videos since this; but here is a bit of trivia about this song that you would probably find interesting since Steve is your all time favorite guitarist:
Polyphia asked Steve to make a solo for this song. Steve then sent them a solo. But Polyphia aren't just great guitarists, they are great producers, and they like to mess with things and change stuff. So they made a bunch of production changes to Steve's solo to make it fit the track better. Steve is not used to this. Usually when he sends an artist his solo, that is what appears on the songs, since...you know...he is the legendary Steve Vai...nobody dares to mess with his solos. So Steve said that when he got the song back, he didn't even recognize his own solo, and was a bit offended and hurt, because he thought they didn't like his solo, and he said they could take his name off the song, because it didn't sound like him or what he sent them. Polyphia was pretty mortified by this since they are huge fans of his, and sent a long apology back and explained that they loved it, but that's just how they work. They always change stuff. Steve Vai admitted after listening to it a few more times that all the changes Polyphia did was exactly what the song needed, and it made his solo better. So Steve Vai actually had to go through a bit of ego death on this song. There are some very obvious things in his solo that is post production, and it's the best part of the song.... and I actually think it's one of Steve's best solo's thanks to Polyphia.
they have way better songs, keep the reactions coming!

Amazing talents! But i always feel like their music is the equivelant of ADD. If ADD was Music, it would be their sound. All the bippity boopities, 30 seconds of something understandable, than back to bippidy boopidies again. Its amazing, but my brain melts after 1 song.
We can definitely understand your point of view. They do pack a lot in at times. However, we kind of vibe with it and have, so far, enjoyed all that we've heard from them.
Thank you for taking the time to view and engage. Much appreciated!
The music gets good when Steve gets into it, feeling, techniques, at first it was just a show of technical prowess, no feel, just technique.
While we enjoy everything we've heard from them so far, we can definitely understand your point of view... and we do love Steve Vai!
Thank you for taking the time to view and engage. Much appreciated!
Scott's solo had no feel? Trolling lol and Steve's solo isnt even his. He sent them something and told them to do whatever they wanted to it and Tim did the Tim thing to it so much that Steve actually didnt want to be featured on the song because it was so different than what he sent. They offered to change it back but then he came around and said it fit the song just fine. Basically there's so little of that part left thats original to Steve that its basically Tim's solo.
No feel? Lol
Calm down, boomer. It ain't that serious. 🤣
