The audacity of Prince Harry to think the British taxpayer can cough up endlessly for his how many trials? I hope there is a judge who tells him straight one day.
my guess is that this little boy has no idea who is paying for this trial/these trials, possibly thinking it's coming from his father's accoutn!! who knows but he has no connection with life as we ordinary folk know it.

Harry needs to be classified as a vexatious litigant in order to put an end to this nonsense.
He just cannot accept the fact that he is not automatically kowtowed to and, the judge had the audacity to say no: a word that he thinks does not apply to him. Hopefully, he will be denied the right to appeal and, his wanton and
bloody minded attempts to ramp up the costs to the taxpayer, quashed!

Absolutely! As the spare they certainly pandered to him, completely ignoring the meanspirited character that they were complicit in indulging.
I agree he was never told no now as an adult he doesn’t understand the word in relation to himself and with her driving him behind the scenes it’s making it all worse. I hope he keeps getting told no by judges, lawyers, possible business opportunities and most certainly charities and Invictus. The world needs to teach him the word if his family never could.

I recently read 2 books about Diana and I believe it was her behaviour that contributed to Harry’s outlook on life as well as her mental health issues which Diana had prior to her marriage to Charles. She had a traumatic childhood which affected her as a mother. Harry’s drug taking didn’t do him any favours either. I believe Charles is being tolerant with him because his afraid Harry may harm himself just like his mother used to do to get Charles attention.

Unfortunately it was Diana who moulded him into the person he is today, she coddled him and spoiled him and covered for him and literally let him get away with anything - and that included physically bullying/hurting his older brother as well as palace employees and this is when he was a toddler. Whether it's true she told him he could do anything he liked as long as he didn't get caught I don't know, but it's no secret she covered for him and never once made any move to stop him from deliberately trying to hurt other people - again this was from the time he was a toddler - and if other people, including his father, did try to intervene she would throw a tantrum and was know to deliberately take the kids away for a weekend when they were due to spend time with their father out of spite or because Harry had misbehaved and she knew his father would have words with him. She actually boasted of it.

If it does goes forward in the Appeal, the prosecutor needs to investigate that SHADY looking NYC letter he used in court.
I don’t think H would welcome close scrutiny of that letter from NYPD that his legal rep presented.

@@blackislepeas Someone pointed out that the NYC "letter" uses the British spelling, "behaviour." A letter from a US bureaucracy would spell it, "behavior." So possibly the document was created in the UK, not the US.
Or someone who used to live in the UK. Maybe shady sherbourne?

Sherborne wasn't engaged for this case. He used the late queen's firm she used for personal legal issues named Schillings & Co.
(It used to be just Schillings, but then expanded. I don't think there are any Schillings left in the firm now but they kept the name.

He will have to pay the costs the government has incurred. A separate judgement will be made for the amount he has to pay. A pity that it wasn’t issued at the same time as the judgement against Harry was given. You know that later when the judgement on the amount is issued he will just go and appeal the amount he has to pay - and it will go on and on.
If he loses the appeal, he has to pay both his and the state’s lawyer fees. Since he’ll almost certainly lose the appeal, you’ll get your money back.
He’s so annoying! Why does he need to dig up things that happened years ago and doesn’t happen anymore to him! 🤬 no one is that interested in them !

I believe it was forged. Nothing to do with NYPD. My understanding is the “author” wasn’t even in that office anymore (had since retired). Forger didn’t do due diligence. Allegedly, my opinion.

He should be made to pay court costs for both trials he lost and the taxpayers portion as well before he can even request a new trial.
They seem to think that they can appeal as well as sue anyone they want. They started this just before they were married and continue to do so. I believe they see it as a source of income as neither of them are employed.

No.
There are very good perks to being an IPP. Near global security, roads cleared for your passage, preferential visas, crimes against you are treated as higher and more punishable, and the status of being in the very small elite group
Regardless of the appeal I have a question.
What is likely to happen about the last minute letter which appears to have a “very questionable” provenance.
Can any action be taken about that if it is found to be not genuine or will it just be swept under the carpet?

What is the penalty if it is proved to be a forgery?

The letter submitted at the last minute, from someone apparently in the NYC Police Department, contained the UK version, not the USA version of the word BEHAVIOUR. Just asking from the UK.

There is much speculation online about the provenance of this letter. Will any action be taken by the court about this ?
That's what I want to know and Harry should be forced to give an explanation as to why he refused to hand over his "evidence" of the pretend car chase. He shouldn't be allowed to play the Police and Court like this.

I've only known myself one case that went to the appeal judge - one I was a witness in - where the accused thought his sentence was far too harsh for the crime (SA against a child). His wife even turned up bringing their 2 3yo twins with her - didn't go down well with the judge I might add - in the hope of persuading the judge her husband had been jailed unfairly. Don't know about the outcome for Harry if he appealed but in this case his sentence was lengthened (not the outcome he had desired) by another 2 years. Sometimes appealing is really NOT the best thing to do.
Harry and Meghan are a pain. We are all sick of them in the US. Even Hollywood has turned their back on them. Their liars and want everything given to them. Please take them back. ✌️🇺🇸

what hes entitled to in the UK is completely different to his rights of living in another country...
His appeal has to be based off "facts at law" being misrepresented within his case...
nothing was misrepresented...
the facts are facts....
he is not an Internationally Protected Person through his former job of " working for the RF" , and the travel he did to represent the RF.
Harry is not entitled to appeal, because he "didnt like" the decision and it gives the wife an excuse to stay away....
The sad part is, harry has been so protected that he really doesnt understand/get Royal Protocols...and what his actual entitlemnents are....

One more question: how much time does a case of this sort have to request permission to file an appeal from the High Court, and, if refused, to file directly with the Court of Appeal?
I am assuming that there is no chance the High Court judge in the original case will give permission and that Harry's legal team would go directly to the CoA for permission.
In that case; how long does Harry's legal team have to get that request in to the CoA?

I think he has two hopes - Bob Hope and No Hope. Part of me wishes that he is allowed an appeal so that Ravec can withdraw all his security thus making Britain too dangerous for him to return to. When that happens he will apply to become a US citizen after renouncing his titles - what a win that would be for everybody lol. I can but dream.

His statement that he’ll be appealing is nothing more than damage control, so that the world thinks he has an automatic right to appeal and that he must have been wronged to go this far.
I like this channel better than the barrister, because it’s not as long. Sometimes I watch the Bears to because it’s something I’m really interested in. But I tend to watch this channel more because it’s shorter and more concise. And I don’t see the judge giving Harry the right to appeal. I wish they would just say you can’t do any more suing, unless you’re going to pay for everything yourself. Here in America you can’t continue to pursue the same entity over and over. There is a law against it. If Harry was during an American ie: newspaper for the same thing again after he lost. The judge usually ends hi ruling “with predijustist or not. No retrial. These Appeals are wasting time and money which evidently Harry has plenty of! What a leach he’s been to the British people he’s been IMO!
