You confused me on the first question! I would of done it as 3X2 which is 6, plus the 4 which is 10. Same answer but just different format!

4 + 3 × 2 = is 14, not 10.

You need to do multiplication before addition. It's one of the rules for the order of operations, usually called BIDMAS.
