While I do see the point of some clips being preanimated and that could be the case. But the Miwa clip you referenced does look like it could be from the last episode (manga reader here) it could very well be in episode 7 since during a certain fight (which will be the first fight in the arc) there is an explanation about simple domains and Miwa is used to explain it. That Miwa clip could just be an overly elaborate exposition scene in episode 7 and not that scene from the end of the arc. The trailer showed clips from the first half of the arc (I’m guessing the first 9 episodes) and since this is a 18 episode Cour it would fit how PVs would show content from the first 5-6 episodes of a 12/13 Cour. Although the Hakuyu Go scenes (like Sukuna and Jogo/lava shots) are pretty far into the arc (like 12 episodes in) and those looks like episodes that are in production. The last Yuji shot did look a bit preanimated to me (the bathroom or background isn’t very detailed and super dark). I heard despite the schedule the production is going fine.
Get ready for peak Jujustu! As a manga reader I can safely say everyone is in for a treat. These top tier animators will do the original work justice and only add onto the Shibuya Arc with how they will reimagine the scenes into movement

Great video. But a thing 15:35 you're saying they can't produce these two shows because they Share big KAs and some ADs? (a similar situation with GOH and JJK while they Shared more staff, even the director). Also it depends on Multiple things. One Animator named amphibi said (for the trailer) that his schedule was workable (he thought it would be much worse cause probably a lot of people are saying the schedule is horrendously bad). Niimura also tweeted after CSM episode 8 that his work with CSM was over but he is busy another Mappa project (episode 5), so we can assume episode 5 was probably in production around December 2022. These are just my guesses at The end, I'm not saying the schedule is good but i pretty much doubt that they producing this Show with this Quality in supposedly AOT part 1 schedule with this Quality (Hidden inventory is already better than s1 while they obviously need to priorities shibuya in this supposedly horrendous schedule).
1) U gotta remember GOH and JJK s1 had sunghoo park as the director lol. He literally was the backbone behind the quality of those 2 shows. As mankoman said before that sunghoo park was animating most of goh fights himself (Because of him working on goh, his first directed ep in jjk was ep 7). When goh ended, Sunghoo park was also working simultaneously on jjk 0 which came 8 months after s1 off jjk ended. 2) There is not doubt that jjk s2 has a worse schedule than aot s4 (could be on the same level based on the schedule) but the amount of high profile animators working on jjk s2 is insane. If Yuichiro Hayashi hadn't been the director, Aot S4 P1 would have suffered significantly more that it already did. I believe that Yuichiro Hayashi, like Sunghoo Park was for JJK S1, 0 and Goh, is the backbone of AOT S4.
@@Vendetta2789 park did the Animation part (not all ofc). What about other departments? And there are more than enough people to help when park is missing. ''There's no doubt about The schedule''? How exactly? These are all our guesses, we don't know What exactly is happening behind the Scenes. One Animator is saying his schedule was workable, but that's not enough for all of the episodes, not to mention about what niimura said (if you Read my comment). they seem pretty far in the arc. So you're saying they are producing 23 high profile episodes with everything almost being perfect in 8 months or Something? (while the average anime episode is made in 2 to 3 months, and from What niimura said, that dosen't seems to be The case). You're saying they Share staff, but Most of them are KAs and Some ADs. What about main staff? Compositing artists? 3d work? Bg art? 2KAs? ADs? Douga artists? PAs? PDs? Etc.... Seshimo being one the best APs in the industry now, while the directors have an insane amount of connections with great PAs and them hiring new staff. I doubt these are just mindless work without having a plan for it to improve both of these shows

Nice! I saw the trailer and was definitely impressed by it but I didn't know this project was THIS stacked. Really happy about that then. Also, I bet the whole Jogo vs. Sukuna sequence will divide the fan base cause just from the shots of that fight in the trailer u can tell they held back on the shading and went with more lose shapes in oder to really get creative with the movement. Also, I think the fact that this arc takes place in Shibuya will help the over all esthetic, it has a lot of lights bouncing around with makes for a really cool atmosphere.

Mankoman banger, i’m not ready..
I doubt these are just mindless work without having a plan for it to improve both of these shows
@@Vendetta2789 hayashi is very important yes. But backbone is a bit too much

I gotta say your videos are the only videos on youtube that I watch with my full attention instead of putting it in the background. My horrible attention span somehow disappears when I watch your videos. Thank you
We NEED more anitubers with this focus. You're doing great work here, thanks a ton for sharing
So that's why Season 2 reminded me so much of Mob Psycho
too bad it will be ruined for weekly watchers because of ghosting and dimming
Truly amazing stuff and I honestly can't wait for shibuya.
Hey ufotable learned or do this more instead of giving your most popular project to newbie animators.
Shibuya🤞🏾
Man, I really want an original anime from this team, that would be awesome. It just is unfortunate that I have to read a VN with no official translation, or a manga I’ve already read. Although, I’m happy that people who love the JJK anime and Fate fans are excited
I love the passion that you have for animation and how you express it with your content. Keep it up brother awesome content, can clearly see you put a lot of work behind 💪❤️
Very well made video! Very easy to follow and you jump straight to every important note without getting side-tracked!! This was great for my AD-HD brain
i still watched it in 1.5x speed but was hyper focused throughout lol
Sad thing that due to contracts there arent also some godlike animators like yutaka nakamura and natoshi shida
Amazing video man, I feel like UA-cam has been dry lately and you kept me engaged and talked an a topic I enjoyed. I’m now a subscriber
I heard people were hyped for Hakuyu Go team but I didn't knew why exactly.
Now I seeing this video I got goosebumps how lucky alignment of stars is this
i’m hype but also lowering my expectations bc those poor animators are getting no time .
Ez subscribe. Amazing content dude 🫡
Thanks!
Congrats on 5k btw❤️
Meanwhole, the know-nothings anime "UA-camrs" in my country are screaming calling it rushed, unfinished and bad because the less detailed art style in a scene which still isn't going to be aired for the next ten episodes at least.
Where do you live?
I love your videos dude, you always put me on the newest animators and how they transform into these gods, thank you and thank them for inspiring generations of beautiful work
Your channel and animation analysis are extremely underrated. Amazing vid 🔥
Making an anime requires so much work and time. I really hope as anime becomes even more popular worldwide these production team will be acknowledged properly.
3:00 My literal favorite animated moments for all both series, mob, fate,, connect etc aswell, mfs are literally the round table of animation Dx if we had nakamura it would be full one punch man again 🥴this arc will be FIRE, even when the production sound bad bad
Dang bro I thought this video would talk about the shibuya arc,
15:06 "animation will be chaos" 😧
In a good way
@@Not_DIO_1 i hope so story chaos + animation chaos = madness
I remember seeing the trailer for the first time and i know immediately recognized the team is back! Been a fan of this team since Fate/Apocrypha & One Punch Man. Also i love Tatsuya Yoshihara so much and have been following his work since Black Clover cuz i found out about him from Black clover since he used to be the director of the show. Cant wait for the sakuga fest by this team!
Amazing video as always, I'm curious as to how Hakuyu Go was able to direct one of MHA's most pivotal episode in S1 at the age of 24, I always thought those things were left to senior and more experienced animators, especially back then in 2016
¡Madre mía!
I am so gratefull for your videos. The really make me apreciate everything so much.
Please dont overwork yourself.
This is insane you make me more hyped 😮
This news is insane 🤯
its great to see all of your videos easily surpasing 10k views. this will definitely be ur most popular video at this rate. jjk is just growing this channel.
I was waiting so hard for the trailer analysis but u got something even better.
Thanks for recommendation, I remember dropping Apocrypha. Don't know how an anime this bad has an Episode this insane. It's like full sakuga of an insane level throughout.
I love your analytical nature of this subject and whats to come hopefully you continue bringing more teachings about more projects to come. Ofc SHibuya is going to be peak fiction
So glad so many people on twitter recommend your videos, love this bro
