Using this new method you will be able to unlock the frame rate cap of 60 in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot which makes the game much smoother especially on a high refresh display which runs for example at 144hz using an updated mod which also does other fixes.
This was tested and works on the v2.10 of Dragon Ball Z - Kakarot videogame running windows 11 pro edition but it should work for older and newer versions as well.
