I just wanted you to know that since I’ve been watching these calming videos, just for a few months, I’ve started cooking differently (I don’t even use rice anymore). You make getting healthier a lot simpler. And I lost weight without even thinking about it. I have more energy; I enjoy walking every day, and my blood pressure is normal. Only problem is I have a hard time choosing which recipe to make 😊 Thank you for your ministry 🙏🏾

Since I tried this recipe, this is the only way I make Quinoa at home. And we make this at least once in 2weeks. My picky eater also enjoys this. Thank you.

You have given me the wonderful privilege and inspiration on how to incorporate vegetables and quinoa into my diet in a way that is so healthy and sooooo good! Ty for encouraging healthy eating that’s delicious! Also I toasted some sourdough bread spread with olive oil and pesto. My body is very thankful for your time in sharing!
You are doing a great job for the society❤️ I was a hard core non vegetarian till I visited a farm and witnessed the horror of the dairy industry. The cow is inseminated painfully every 6 months so that calf is born. The calves are taken away immediately without a single drop of milk. The male calves are transported to the slaughterhouse to be killed on the very day. This process continues for some years till the cow is completely exhausted and later sold for meat. That’s the milk we consume. I literally had sleepless nights after watching the cows, their udders become so big they can’t even move. And they run to save their babies from going to the slaughterhouse. Thank you for these recepies so that people can choose compassion in their plate instead of pain.

I eat them every day for lunch and one cup of quinoa I can eat for 2 days 😅I lost 5kgs just eating quinoa salad 🥗and I cook my quinoa in a rice 🍚 cooker instead of a pan ..don't need to look after it at all.. after 15-20mins it's perfectly done all the time 😊
