- More than seven months after the I-Team first met Danielle Atherton-Bonner, she has filed a lawsuit against Pasco County, alleging discrimination on the basis of disability, while the county said the fire sprinkler system requirement is about safety.

Sometimes when people are struggling we need to show more grace than usual. That young man is definitely going to need help in the rest of his adult life. We would all want the same thing for our babies if they need services.

Considering it's Pasco County don't be surprised if there are efforts now to retaliate against the owners of this home. Predictive(predatory) policing.

A lot of states and counties are requiring sprinkler systems in new construction these days, as per NFPA. This isn’t discrimination, just quit whining.
The home isn’t new construction. Sigh
this isn't new construction tho? like this is just a normal home.
and theres really no need of any new sprinkler systems in the first place, as long as shes got a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide alarm in each room, and shes got like a fire extinguisher in each area of the home that can be flammable, then theres really no need.
idk about discrimination, but it sounds unnecessary when shes gonna be within state code, so she might have a regulatory clause lawsuit, where its a violation of the commerce clause.
Her Lawyer said that it is not required so get over yourself.
Honestly, this is what happens when you choose to take on the task of having a disabled child. Everyone is "pro-life" until things get tough, then they look to everyone else for assistance with the responsibility you CHOSE to take on. I really only feel bad for the disabled, and the people that didnt know their kids were going to turn out this way. If you knew you were having a disabled child, and still chose to condemn them to this life, then thats on you. Esp if you had more than one!

as a autistic person, i don't wish my mom aborted me, i wish she took care of herself better so she could take care of me better.
and im not gonna be the usual "hate on you because of your views", instead i honestly hope you find your spiritual self and let go of your obvious hate for the disabled and people who are pro-life.
