- We have put it off long enough it's time to cut into that bloody roof on the 60. It turns out a little worse than I expected and we really should have just bought a whole turret. To lift the spirits we finally receive some goodies in the form of a snorkel and bull bar to fit to Lazarus. This one was a lot of work and we are only just getting started.

I’ve done four 60 series rust repairs to turrets for customers now , the last one I put a new turret skin on, 4K for the skin 2k for labour plus paint 700 , you have saved yourselves a bucket load of money and had a blast doing it 😢 😂 , great watching you guys , love the front Bar.

did you fold up your new gutters yourself at home? Reuse the ones you cut off or brought some? Going to have to do this to my datto 1600 so curious as to how you did it, cheers

Great work love the show mate, just wondering if you realise that the 60 Sahara’s come factory with a cable fuel door release you would still have to make a latch that mimics the stock key barrel on the back of the fuel door seems you shaved that😎 thou

Hey mate, I’m looking at fixing the roof on my 60 but have minimal experience panel beating/welding. Wondering if you can put a video out going into detail welding the roof and bogging it. Or if you have any websites or videos I can look at to get a better idea. Thanks
Yeah mate. Watch the previous 2 episodes heaps on this. It is a big job to do right, that’s for sure.
Forums are they way to go. I had no experience and I just did my whole roof.
I got question for James. My rear quarter has bog on it. I want to remove it rust repair the panel. What do you recommend to remove the bog?

Hey mate love the videos keep them coming. I also had a question for you when you repainted your hj47 chassis what do you use to get rid of all the rust on the inside as I have wire wheeled the outside but didn’t know the best solution to removing the inner chassis surface rust
Thanks for watching mate. To be honest I just did my best and make sure I keep the chassis well flushed and a rust inhibitor in there. Unless you split the rails it’s near impossible.
