Decent chair, until it stops working, and support decides never to get back to you, ever. Luckily, I bought mine from Amazon, and they replaced it immediately.
Other reviews for this chair are bot driven, but this one got me to forgive the ethics there and order it (getting it on sale for $330). Has anyone tried painting the colorful plastic? It’d look so much better in purple or white.
1 just bought this chair after having back surgery last week. Initial build quality is excellent. Adjustability is phenomenal. Chair gives me all the Support I need. Is the chair expensive? Yes, but with coupons on Amazon I got the chair for $415!
Wish furniture comapnies would release versions with no branding blasted across headrests. I don't want you huge logo to be the main focal point of my gaming room/office.
@@hwanzi90 yeah its like most chairs. some office chairs or executive chairs have a bigger softer cushion armrest. I used to have a huge executive chair that was like a recliner but didnt support my back very well. everyones different though

If you want your chair to last for a long time then please listen to me and get chairs that are 400 lb's capacity, NOT! 300, and definitely not 275!! 😂, and IDC if you weigh 100 pounds, don't waste your money, why would you buy something that is NOT as strong as the other for the same price!? 😳🙄🤔It's like saying, ... I will take the weaker chair for THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY, please! trust me, I went through the past two years buying FIVE CHAIRS!! Because I didn't know any better, when it came to the fact that if you weigh 280 or 270, and the chair says it can hold up to 320 pounds it doesn't matter the chair is going to break in 4 months! , and you are going to be shit out of luck! With no way to return it, like ME , well I hope this rant will help someone to realize what I wished I knew sooner! , and if it does, than it will have been worth me writing this, here's to hoping. 😔
I have a DX Racer brand and it says it can handle up 220lbs and I weigh 238lbs and I've had it for about almost 10 years and have never messed up on me. So either I got lucky or what you are saying is wrong. Plus during the assembly I saw the parts were and still are top quality.

The company reps don’t know any way to lock the back in place once it’s raised to the right height, so I’m having to return it.
is it comfortable? thinkin bout getting this one but i feel like theirs gotta be a way to lock it in place otherwise it wouldnt be practical

are the armrest hard or soft?
Both? haha! Its a cushion but has a harder shell on it. Harder for support probably but if you push down, its a cushion. Hopefully that helps?
