They had to, the NFL was going to expell him anyway (for at least the rest of the year) and they did, most likely the chiefs would have made it to the superbowl with Kareem Hunt, after the video surfaced and he was removed from the team, the chiefs offense was very one dimensional, missing a star runningback will do that to a team. All in all, most likely a lost superbowl, but Andy Reid (or whoever was in charge of the decision) cared more about being a decent human rather than winning football games.

You're forgetting ankle injuries, knee injuries and hand injuries, he even missed almost 3 games And Eric Fisher was hurt a lot, and his best receiver was hurt Plus Alex actually had a running game
Sherman said it best....it's not about having the best players in the NFL, it's about having the right players for your team!! Taken straight out of the Belichick playbook
Here’s how to take out the chiefs: Take out Mahome’s safety valve in Kelce with a concussion or some sort of lower body injury, then take out the running backs in Edwards Elaire and Bell. Once they have to start relying on the pass fully you target Hill. Snap his ankle and you’ll see Kansas City’s number one target out for the season. Mahomes will start relying on Hardman then for most of his targets so you take him out with a huge head to head hit cause he’s a small receiver he definitely can’t take a hit. Then as Mahomes struggles to keep a dead Kc offense alive you send 6 every play and have one man go low and hold onto his knees while someone goes up top and we have a Theismann part 2 and we all get to watch as the nfls poster boy writhes on the ground in pain as the “legion of zoom” is sent to the ir
For everyone wondering why I didn't include Tyreek Hill in the draft. I was holding to the 3-draft-picks per year format, next video I will change it to include the entire draft.
What I've noticed the best organizations do, especially the Chiefs, is that they don't play their rookies right away. They let them develop and grow in the system for 1-2 years before they start. And it's worked so well for them. Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Dee Ford, Chris Conley, and more. So many teams try to play rookies immediately and it backfires. This is how winning organizations do it
You should do Baltimore, the current roster not 2012. They haven’t won the Super Bowl yet but have built an amazing team and did most of it in only 4 seasons.
That ones actually a dynasty, you could even say two separate ones. The chiefs won one sb and they did it the hard way being down in all playoff games and this tard says in the beginning of the vid the chiefs have built dynasty. fucking what?
Seeing our squad from 13-17 is really nostalgic to me that was the team I grew up with sure we had just one playoff win in those four years but it’s fine cuz we got a ring babbby!
Nice video. Looking at the draft picks in total is amazing how well they evaluated the talent. Guys like Hardman and Thornhill came out of nowhere. Barely a bust among them, and only a few underperformed their pick (Fisher and Speaks are at least replacement level, maybe Russell?) Might be nice to have a section at the end describing the current status of all the picks and tradees discussed during the course of the video.
Idk about that when Andy Reid leaves you guys won’t be good and mahomes Probibly won’t be around for ten years he’s not gonna be Tom Brady playing in his 40s
I completely agree with and appreciate, more than most, trading Marcus Peters. And I guess Dee Ford too, although I don't blame him. We all knew they were handing that game to NE. They did so by calling a pre-snap penalty on a defender that had no influence on that play which resulted in an interception for us. A pre-snap penalty that they didn't call or flag until the play was over and NE had lost. Not nearly the first time they handed NE free wins that they couldn't have earned themselves 💁♂️ And still, I will never know why we traded Chris Conley. He was good with Alex and Mahomes. He's still good. In fact I'm pretty sure he's top 10? We've been needing him since he left, I don't understand.
Great job, this was fun to watch. The only major thing that I noticed to be missing was the Dee Ford trade. The video didn’t mention the fact that we had previously stopped the Patriots on 4th down (which would’ve advanced us to the Super Bowl), but Dee Ford was flagged for being lined up in the neutral zone. I would’ve also liked to see some of the Super Bowl parade and Travis Kelce’s speech.
This just shows to show how good hitting your 1st round draft picks can go. With the exception of 2018, each 1st round pick has been solid or better. This team has about a 3-4 year window before they run into problems. Even if the salary cap expands, no team can keep all of these star players for long. If they keep hitting on the first round picks, the window will stay open for longer but that's only if they have that draft success
mmobes84 I do. It was easily the most frustrating thing about him. Routine passes would hit him in the hands, but then on the next play, he'd make some ridiculous-ass catch that he shouldn't have.

This video was really well done
Nice vid
not a bad vid... cheers mate! Muh Chiefs rock!
Such a nice video! This is super underrated!
Sherman said it best....it's not about having the best players in the NFL, it's about having the right players for your team!! Taken straight out of the Belichick playbook
9:44 Alex Smith with the greatest completion % of all time apparently lmaooo
whos here after tyreek hill just had a 57.9 point game for fantisy
@@samkennedy9214 me. The guy who has him was losing by 50 and he was the only player he had left and he won I was shocked
Almost a 700% completion percent
I’ve been a fan since 2012 babyyyyy
Loved the trap jazz!
Whats the music from?
I’ve been waiting for one of these. Gonna share this to a chiefs nation page
I love these types of videos! You’re the first I’ve seen do it for football though.
They also benefited from having backups majorly step up when needed. Mainly at the RB position
8:20 the best pick the chiefs ever made
Mahomes is a generational talent, getting Tyreek is also insane, I feel like he got snubbed from SB MVP, Hill was playing like a FREAK
Facts he is pretty fun to watch
Great video! This was really good!
Great vid. Something cool may be the timeline of the patriots from like 2000- present day.
We need to wear those Texans throwbacks sometimes. Not even a Texas guy but I love those jerseys and helmets.
This is so clean. You got a new sub.
great vid
Underrated vid
Nice job
Holy crap dude...
This is brilliant
Amazing video man, watched the whole
thing
I’m from the future. The chiefs won the 2021 Super Bowl against the Packers and they go on to sign Allen Robinson in FA
Loved this video! As a vikings fan i would love to see a, “Minnesota Vikings, the Unluckiest Team in the NFL”
I'm the 2016 draft you should have put tyreke hill in there.
For everyone wondering why I didn't include Tyreek Hill in the draft. I was holding to the 3-draft-picks per year format, next video I will change it to include the entire draft.
keep these vids coming man they’re so interesting to watch
I just realized two of the three teams to start out 1-5 beat the Texans in the wild card round #chiefs #colts
Can we just talk about it how well edited this video is and how he chooses great music good job keep it up
This video needs so much hype
Every GM in professional sports needs to watch this documentary and learn how to build a championship-caliber team. It's a blueprint
Bravo! Well done.
CHIEFS KINGDOM!!
This is how winning organizations do it
YES
do a video of how the Denver Broncos went from hero to zero in less than 1 season
some of these plays are heartbreaking while some are amazing
Keep up the good work
Lol those Alex Smith stats remind me so much of Derek Carr. The only difference is 1 is a game manager that also used to win alot.
I was at the divisional round game in 2017 when they played against the Steelers with a friend who’s a Steelers fan.
You should do Baltimore, the current roster not 2012. They haven’t won the Super Bowl yet but have built an amazing team and did most of it in only 4 seasons.
Video coming out in a few hours!
You should do how the patriots built a dynasty
That ones actually a dynasty, you could even say two separate ones. The chiefs won one sb and they did it the hard way being down in all playoff games and this tard says in the beginning of the vid the chiefs have built dynasty. fucking what?
@@lottji The video was on how they made a Superteam not a dynasty
Shaan Merchant rewind to zero seconds and look with your eyeballs. I don’t like repeating myself because you didn’t bother to read what I wrote
Just make sure to include all of the times they got caught cheating
Seeing our squad from 13-17 is really nostalgic to me that was the team I grew up with sure we had just one playoff win in those four years but it’s fine cuz we got a ring babbby!
Nice
😥😥😢😢😭😭Thank you Alex...
How about how the Bears have continued to fail since their last super bowl in the 85 season
im not a chiefs fan but i got chills rewatching them win the super bowl
God bless Jamal Charles for giving the best years of his life to this team👏
Dynasty? They've won one superbowl? Pump the breaks a little.
I’m here after the Chiefs win Super Bowl 57
Fellow Chief Fans
After all those painful years... it’s time we start a dynasty
i deserve and i will as cocky and an asshole to many people because i can
deserve it*
Idk about that when Andy Reid leaves you guys won’t be good and mahomes Probibly won’t be around for ten years he’s not gonna be Tom Brady playing in his 40s
I loved the video the one thing I would critique is more emphasis on the impactful free agency signings
Salary cap will catch up with them. Can't pay them all.
will still have Mahomes and Reid. that’s all you need
The were so up and down... 10 straight wins then 6 straight losses or theyd start hot and die out or start garbage and end hot. Lol
That 30-0 vs the texans made me feel so good
That's my team
Great video
Mahomes did more for us in 1 season than Alex Smith has done in his entire career 😂
Yea but pat learned a good bit form alex
Dam bro Alex smith help build that team up and deserves alot of credit
Bro please make more of these for saints cowboys please I love this!!!
"Timeline of how the chiefs lost the superbowl"
No O-line help and dropped passes, boom
They drafted really well
You win one superbowl and they are a super team...crazy
anybody remember when Dwayne Bowe only caught the hardest throws and the drop the easties throws.
mmobes84 I do. It was easily the most frustrating thing about him. Routine passes would hit him in the hands, but then on the next play, he'd make some ridiculous-ass catch that he shouldn't have.
Good video put some more out
Do a video on Miami!!!!!!!!!
5:07 that game is the last time an NFL playoff game ended in a shutout and was the 3rd largest road shutout win in NFL history.
Bro keep doing these videos.
I fuckin love it bro. Just one thing that would make it so much better is if you commentated.
Drafting tyreek hill was a big piece and getting Sammy Watkins
