Since I've started viewing your videos, my knowledge of the small but MASSIVE tips to focus on (hand placement, mind to muscle connection, pulling with certain parts of your hands, etc.) have made a dramatic impact on my workouts. The pump and the theory Seth follows is crucial to quality results. There are so many people that lack these minor tips and are not gifted with the natural coordination on how to manipulate the weight to target specific muscles. Thank you for all the videos and how down to earth you are man! As you would say, "GOOD SHIT"! LOL

Sure you get a sponsorship so you dont have to work, but still, no wealth. Seth has a good starting point of creating his own wealth right here with both sick clothing and great supplements. I train exactly like this guy! Not with weight but taking short breaks and bopping around hitting the muscle with different exercises unless you are dropsetting. Its like super setting everything! do a set rest for 10 seconds or so, caught your break, give the muscle a break and fucking hit that shit again! love it.

Proprietary blends are pretty much pixie dust and a little of the actual ingredients you need at a smaller dose. I started just buying the ingredients and mixing on my own. Once you discover the scientific studies done on the major supplement companies products, you find which companies could care less about our gains, and which ones are trying to be a Real straight up company. Seth gets that! Gotta respect a guy like that.

I dont know if you read these or not but i would suggest that you make some videos of your workouts that you show no cutting no talking just show your normal workout intensity on each body part. I think it would help retain some of people that signup for you website. Because most people dont understand the intensity of the working. But seeing the intensity would help them understand exactly what type of workout it takes to get the gains you are talking about. What i mean by retention to your website is if people dont get the results because they dont understand the intensity then they quit. But if they understand the intensity by seeing it, then they will get the result and stay with you longer. Thanks

I love doing these behind the head Tricep extensions with the dumbell with both arms i do them at the Beginning of the workout after i did 2 Sets of 22 Push Ups
Also I’ve always hated leg day, hated it and damn near didn’t do it. So I had to change my mindset, watch a fuck ton of motivational tom platz videos and tell myself that leg day is my favorite over and over again until it became my favorite, it’s insane the pump my quads get, I worked legs 3 times a week, super heavy then higher reps the next day and even higher reps the 3rd day plus sprints. I start preparing for my first leg day the day before leg day
