Gorgeous bags! I'm looking forward to seeing an update when these have some months breaking in on them. I've got a Duluth Pack I've had for years that has served me well.
They are beautiful bags. They look much better than most other, and I'm sure they are virtually indestructible. It's just .. the added weight of all leather - I can't justify it, personally.
I'm testing the tobacco version of the front pocket backpack myself. I am very interested to see how the coffee brown wears in. The tobacco still looks almost brand new after a month of daily use. I need to take this out on the trail to get some real wear and tear on it. I will definitely stay tuned to see how both of these bags wear over time.

I’ve had a slightly different design of this backpack in dark coffee brown since 2014. It has aged so beautifully. It’s now deeply darkened, full of scratches/scares, and has gotten soft and floppy.
Hey thanks for the review, is the thin backpack too small? Confused between the normal and thin front pocket. I usually carry a camera, couple of lenses a laptop and an ipad.

I would say the thin won’t have room for all of those items but the one I have can fit all of that (just tried to make sure).
Those are way too god damned expensive but damn do they look well made. :)
This thing is an absolute beast! But the price will definitely be prohibitive for many!
