I think where the cabinets are between the fridge and the bedroom, I'd put a stacked washer and dryer in place of the cabinets. Other than that perfect.
I would prefer a washer and dryer space over a loft. Though I love everything else about the tiny home. It’s very cute and the walk in shower is a big plus.

This is adorable! Well laid out for a tiny home... The kitchen was roomy enough.... Good counter space. I love the decor and fixtures. I agree with others that it needs a washer and dryer. I don't think it has a dishwasher either. That one i can live without, but i need a laundry room. That loft was so cozy... I would probably sleep up there myself 😊

( Less windows in kitchen & behind couch, above bed. ) There's plenty of light coming in through that feature living room window. I love the granite tops, electric fire place, carpet in loft & bedroom side tables! I'd buy it for sure as a permanent home! 🖤

Absolutely beautiful!! I especially like the exterior slate blue siding with white trim, the grey & white indoor color scheme and, of course, the fireplace. Customize it with the addition of a stackable washer & dryer and dishwasher and one would have an ideal tiny home. It easily could be utilized for any number of reasons, from a retirement or vacation home, to a secondary living space for an elderly parent or college age child ; giving them an extra layer of privacy. Looks really nice. I would change the big windows in the living room wall. Have them open outwards like French Doors or sliding doors so you can have a wrap around patio and extend the living room outside. The patio can also be enclosed with moveable mesh screens to keep the bugs and critters out.
It does matter where they are shipped to, because, for instance, it's going to Montana where you get a load of snow.... The roof structure has to be built to accommodate that extra weight. Most will be sold from a local area where it will be set up in that region. Many states will not allow a tiny house on private property. It is considered a recreational vehicle. It's a beautiful little home...loved the soothing colors and finishes. And yes!! The SIDE entry makes a HUGE difference! I couldn't figure out how the living room looked so big compared to others I've seen. You got it! 👍 I do agree with several others here that there needs to be room somewhere for a stackable washer dryer. But otherwise, could see my husband and I totally comfortable in that home! We've been living in 180 sq ft rv for almost 7 years. Having something twice that size would be a mansion! Lol! Thanks for the tour!
I love this one! Love the windows, pocket door, walk in shower, but I would need a place for washer and dryer. Also, I would want a sliding glass door in the bedroom instead of the window in case I have it backed up overlooking a lake. I never liked lofts until I saw one video where a guy was rolling around (it wasn't carpeted) in a chair. Good video, thanks for sharing!
This is so beautiful !! The fireplace, all those windows, nice size kitchen and bathroom. More drawer space in the bedroom. I really like the fact that there is a wall, not rails in the loft. I would put a stackable washer and dryer right next to the fridge, where those cabinets are and change the shower head and thats it. Tfs.
Only thing it's missing is a laundry space for a stackable and to be sitting on a vacation lot and the wife and I can spend time somewhere like Fort Payne or Mentone, AL. Love these things. Cheers edit...Oh, and it needs one of those Firefly outdoor decks on the entry side of it so you can go out the sliding glass door or come in on a deck, and put a grill and patio furniture...Oooo.
I’ve looked at lots of tiny homes and this is the best, hand down! Replace the cabinets by the fridge with stackable washer/dryer and it’s perfect! All the loft space is incredible!

This is a very nice tiny house! I would make a few changes important for the elderly or disabled. For instance, over the stove, built-in microwaves are not recommended, because you have to reach over a possibly shot stove and then bring hot items from the microwaves down and towards yourself. Microwaves are best at countertop height. I love the mini-split system. Love the pocket door to that lovely bathroom. I prefer shower curtains to glass doors, so I would make that change. I have the same fridge and it's just perfect. The downstairs bedroom looks roomy enough and cozy. Being disabled and elderly, I would never go up into the loft; but the kids would have a place when they come to visit, and having stairs to get there makes it easier for them. They would have to clean it before they leave though lol! A built-in washer and dryer would be necessary. Overall, it's a great design. Thanks for sharing!

I absolutely really love this tiny home and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, hutch, open shelves in the island, and the loft. It would be great for a single person with 1 or 2 kids. I also love the back splash. ❤❤❤❤❤

I love the fact that it has an actual living room with a couch, chair and fireplace with a TV above it. I like the hutch-type built-in by the door and peninsula with the stools which gives the sense of a dining room. Lots of cupboards in the kitchen, full-size appliances, and tile back splash are also pluses. The bedroom on the bottom floor is also a plus. I can’t see more than one person living there. And I love the windows in the living room. Well done.
Very nice looking inside & out. The windows make it appear much larger. Some r asking about a washer/dryer, but what about having a nice shed out back for the W/D? It's a tiny house for 1 or 2 people, so how often will laundry need to be washed? The loft could benefit by adding a couple of chifferobes (English style, lightweight); available in thrift stores & indoor flea markets, since there is no closet up there. This Tiny House has possibilities.
I love everything about it however I guess I would have to opt to remove the cabinets beside the fridge entering the bedroom as a washing machine is a must for me.

Nice layout, but seriously - no woman (I know) doesn't want deep drawers throughout her kitchen and bath for storing bowls, small appliances etc. Makes it so much better and creates more storage under counter. All I see is the doors. :( We need drawers in the bathroom too for brushes, hair tools and makeup.
I think you can customize some. I'd love to have this with a couple of changes. I'd be happy to get rid of all my non essentials actually I'd throw everything I have out for brand new furniture and appliances as long as I'm dreaming 😂😂😂😂😂
Compared to old trailers, tiny houses are probably so much more comfortable. I like the way tiny homes are dreamy for future first home buyers, or for retired. Awesome!
Hello Chance! It is a nice tiny house as far as it goes. Great for a vacation house. But before I married I lived in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and I hated it. No room for any hobbies, and my place had the bathroom inside the bedroom. I had to go somewhere to wash and dry clothes as there was no room for a washer or dryer. It is a big hassle to have to go to the laundry mat every week. Even though it's just one day, it screws up your entire day. But as I said, this would be perfect for a vacation home. Most times you vacation for a week, maybe two. You can take enough clothes with you for that, and do without your hobbies that long - maybe. The loft would be useless for us, except for a storage room. But I thought houses of any kind had to have a back door (or side door), anyway, a second way out of the house - for emergencies if nothing else. I actually thought it was the law. This one doesn't have and that would be a concern for me. Goid video anyway, Chance. God bless y'all.
I wish there was a way I could afford this and the land to put it on. I am 66 years old and on a fixed income. I am disabled. This one is a dream. I live on the other side of Pennsylvania.
My very first question when I see a tiny home is, HOW MUCH? The whole idea is to keep the price low enough for anyone to afford. If you can buy a tiny house for the same price as a regular full home with a yard and garage and all, why buy a tiny home. Price is always the most appealing about the tiny home. People don't enjoy tiny homes long term, they usually end up going back to a regular sized property.
I've seen tiny houses that had full sized washer and dryer in them. Of course they were the stackable kind and saw them with tubs in them as well as a kitchen pantry. Those are by far the best ones in my book.
There are certainly going to be some design changes a buyer can make to accommodate a washer & dryer. I can’t see anyone paying what they will have to pay for this & not have that. The bedroom is on the main floor so for me the loft would be a guest bedroom or a place to lay down & watch & listen to the rain come down.
I love the tiny house it's very cute love how they built it but the only thing I didn't see is a stackable washer and dryer thank you for the tour have a blessed day

That is nice. Like you said about a single person or couple. Thats a lot better than so many one bedroom apartments out there... Buy a nice lot and you have a NICE place to live and using the "couple/one person" approach, that's a lot of potential storage up in the loft too. The "private" nature of that loft is different in a very good way. Washer dryer is all that is missing and with the small single units seems like they could figure something out...
Love this home and size however in stead of a loft I’d want that stair case space turned into a washer and dryer stacked and storage love the granite I’d definitely want stone I like the side entry that’s more convenient in my opinion here bath was excellent bedroom with a higher ceiling since no loft great find in my opinion here Chance you definitely have been doing your job very well here lately my brother
Add another say 5 feet to the length for a washer/dryer along with and a real useable closet and it’s sold! Don’t need a dishwasher, that’s hubby’s job! I agree about ditching the bedroom shelves, I need something bigger for a cpap machine!!! It looks like it would fit nice on sons Fl lot!

A combo would work too. We took the laundry out of our home and it’s in a shed. We have 5 lines in the shed to hang items we don’t want to dry.

Check with the township or municipality first. Many areas have square footage requirements.
Just buy a nice RV instead. It's a lot less trouble and easy to move if needed. My MIL bought one and lives on our property.

I wish there was a way I could afford this and the land to put it on. I am 66 years old and on a fixed income. I am disabled. This one is a dream. I live on the other side of Pennsylvania.

My very first question when I see a tiny home is, HOW MUCH? The whole idea is to keep the price low enough for anyone to afford. If you can buy a tiny house for the same price as a regular full home with a yard and garage and all, why buy a tiny home. Price is always the most appealing about the tiny home. People don't enjoy tiny homes long term, they usually end up going back to a regular sized property.

I've seen tiny houses that had full sized washer and dryer in them. Of course they were the stackable kind and saw them with tubs in them as well as a kitchen pantry. Those are by far the best ones in my book.

There are certainly going to be some design changes a buyer can make to accommodate a washer & dryer. I can’t see anyone paying what they will have to pay for this & not have that.
The bedroom is on the main floor so for me the loft would be a guest bedroom or a place to lay down & watch & listen to the rain come down.

I agree with everyone else, it needs a washer and dryer space. Maybe they could lengthen it to allow for one. My grandson would absolutely love the loft area. The colors are perfect. Thanks for the walk through. 😊

That is nice. Like you said about a single person or couple. Thats a lot better than so many one bedroom apartments out there... Buy a nice lot and you have a NICE place to live and using the "couple/one person" approach, that's a lot of potential storage up in the loft too. The "private" nature of that loft is different in a very good way. Washer dryer is all that is missing and with the small single units seems like they could figure something out...

It is nice. Maybe a few things I would change but overall, for a single person it would be perfect.
Love this home and size however in stead of a loft I’d want that stair case space turned into a washer and dryer stacked and storage love the granite I’d definitely want stone I like the side entry that’s more convenient in my opinion here bath was excellent bedroom with a higher ceiling since no loft great find in my opinion here Chance you definitely have been doing your job very well here lately my brother

Add another say 5 feet to the length for a washer/dryer along with and a real useable closet and it’s sold! Don’t need a dishwasher, that’s hubby’s job! I agree about ditching the bedroom shelves, I need something bigger for a cpap machine!!! It looks like it would fit nice on sons Fl lot!
I love the overall look especially the family room with those lovely windows…but without a washer dryer, it would be a no go.
