    Thanks Karen.,.the ball was a little challenging but i managed anyway. Maybe make this 20 minutes? I like pilates with weights.

    What is rule with the breathing - inhale always on the up exhale on lower? Or it depend thanks x

      Hi Catherine it depends on the exercise and the goal. When in doubt just make sure you are never holding your breathe. Usually for extension you will inhale and flexion exhale. Hope this helps. For more specific questions feel free to email me at info@workouthotel.com
