90 days time limit is to submit your application. Once approved you can go for interview
I have offer from multiple employer and new is saying we may get rejected for filling multiple registration uscis going to take action how this works?
USCIS smells fraud. If the companies are related then there are high chances of rejections.

If both the employers are totally unrelated and you do have a valid job offer then it’s legal.
