Current government prefers that route
You will get phone house food and transportation 😂
Bullshit. The Visa offices needs to pretend that it the applicant doesn’t “intend to immigrate” . So now the applicant has to pretend to not have the “intent to immigrate”. How do we know that the state department isn’t at all serious about the intent? Because otherwise they could’ve simply made the visa non-convertible to anything else. Why does the state department has to perform this charade? Because if they change the visa that couldn’t be converted, no one will go to the US to study. And that’s a billion dollar industry. So, the state department has to deceive and the applicants have to lie. If the intent mattered, they could’ve decided to design the visa that way. That would have rendered the intent a moot point So, liars both The interview and interviewee
Hey if you don’t like it. Don’t apply to the US. It’s that simple
@@odynith9356 I ‘m American you d*mb f^*k
if Michael Jordan was a VISA officer
Pretty racist comment
US needs talent.
US has plenty of talent. I don’t get this idea that Indians have that the US needs talent from other places thinking there’s no talent there already. The US did very well on its own for a long time. Technological inventions and discoveries on its own. Yes there are many people that came that helped. Aerospace industry only hires American citizens (national security reason) so the idea that the IS NEEDS talent is ludicrous. It’s simply you thinking you deserve it but like he said you are not entitled to anything it’s a privilege
US have talents. US needs employer willing to pay talents. US needs to abolish H1-b slavery. Real H1-b talent should be paid more.
@@ib405 US doesn’t need to do anything to entitled people like you. You can work in your own country.
@@odynith9356I’m not one of those slavers, I’m one of the American get impacted by the slavery system. A lot of IT workers can’t find job or force to retire early because of the H1-b slavery system. If a foreign worker being hired, he/she must be very talented that makes employers pay more.
@@ib405 you’re not a slave bc you get paid. If you don’t like the laws then go somewhere else or back to India. It’s very easy no one is forcing you to do anything
So in American system, honesty is not appreciated, you gotta say what they want to hear. Got it.
dola r gonna collapse whats even the point
Totally pointless studying in USA. Over priced degrees. Same quality degree for much less outside USA
That fake laugh at marry an American 😂😂…don’t take it personally bro
Bhai how long is the GC wait time? Is it worth coming and studying there or working there?
work visa is best, If skilled or work in the health sector recruiter would even partial sponsor you
If u r looking for greencard in usa legal ways are very limited unless u marry a citizen or claim asylum. Getting different types of work visas is much easier. U can stay and work in USA but ur stay is linked to your employer.
As I understand GC is based on your country of birth. For the citizens of China and India it is well over ONE decade. Some Indians are waiting for GC for over 15 years and their fate is still hanging in balance.
@@observer6855 oh my god! 15+years?????
@@2dapoint424 : No exaggeration, its bitter fact of lot of Indians in USA. They got kids going to colleges, got properties but not sure when and can get it. During that time, if you lose the job, you have got to return to India. It life long gamble and suspense.
