The USA's Vincent Hancock wins the gold medal in the men's skeet shooting event as Denmark's Anders Golding wins silver and Qatar's Nasser Al-Attiya wins bronze at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
From just five shooting events at the inaugural 1896 Olympic Games to today there are 15 events in the Olympic programme, divided into three different groups: rifle, pistol and shotgun. The rifle and pistol competitions are held on shooting ranges, where marksmen aim at targets at distances of 10, 25 and 50 metres. In the shotgun event, competitors shoot at clay targets propelled at a series of different directions and angles.

Definition of an American
It says United States Army
Because he was a part of the army

Harejak
What is that white speaker thing he is shooting in front of?
It's a microphone that picks up when you yell into it, it then triggers the clay thrower
its to hear them say "pull" and trigger the target launchers
it is the reader that picks up you voic so when you say pull or any noise you wat to it thros the target
I'm wondering, why am I seeing station 8 in London. I thought most of the professional skeet I've seen on youtube did a station 4 pair instead of station 8. What am I missing?
Joe Cilluffo may be standard skeet, this is Olympic, faster and slight
Y different rules
@@alexgriffin8399 its not “standard skeet” its called american skeet and this is called international skeet.
