I do think there's an issue with the level of authority and accountability that cops have. This situation is a good example of where police are 100% overstepping their bounds. It's also a good example of the whole Qualifierd Immunity and Civil Asset Forfiture. The raid was for false pretenses.
In this situation, specifically to me is the example people want to use when exposing corrupt police abilities (not just corrupt police). I think we all, despite not knowing him, caring about him, etc. feel Afroman deserve justice here. If it's not just racist, it's definitely targeted harrassment.
The police need to be held accountable, there's clearly a problem here.

Absolutely ridiculous. I've had my house raided once, battering rammed my door down then came running up the stairs with ARs pointed at me, my mother, and my cousin who was with us at the time. Immediately threw to the ground and then into handcuffs. Apparently they were looking for my step brother but as far as anyone was aware, he hadn't stayed with us for months prior, it was simply the last place they had with an adress for him. I got my house absolutely demolished, couches and beds flipped completely upside down, clothes in the closet were thrown around the room as they scavenged for whatever it was they were looking for, even down to things like bookbags were just completely dumped onto the ground without a care in the world, almost as if they were certain in finding something. After hours of interrogations inside my own home and my house being destroyed in front of me, they just walked out like nothing happened. My front door remained broken until the day I moved out not to mention the gigantic hole in the wall behind the door from when they knocked it down. I couldn't even get a verbal "I apologize but I'm just doing my job", they simply walked out and acted like nothing happened. It's such a slap in the face how they treat innocent people in these situations. I don't know how their rankings or anything work, I was only 17 at the time, but I do remember one of their head guys being infuriated with me after rushing upstairs and throwing us down, he asked me the question of who all lives there. I told him myself, my mom, and my cousin then that seem to trigger him more knowing the person he was looking for wasn't actually there. My cousin remained absolutely silent the whole time meanwhile I still can hear my mom's panicked voice screaming "what's going on, who are you guys looking for" and "don't be rough with my son he's sick" as they continued to throw me down anyways. After about 5 minutes of 5 different officers acting completely oblivious to my moms questions, one dick head snaps saying to me directly that he knows that I know where my stepbrother was and that he lives here so I had to be somewhat knowledgeable on what he had going on. I truly didn't but that memory still comes back now and then. I'm not traumatized by any means but it definitely was a fun experience either. All of this to say, I can't imagine a world where all of that happens to me and my family THEN the officers try to take ME to court??? Wtf is the world coming to
