There are a lot of rules to contracts. For example if you intentionally drag it out and hide things like that in the print and you are taken to court over the contract the court is going to rule against you even if they signed the contract because you are intentionally counting on the fact that the contract won't be read in order to sneak incentives in there. Weird story time: I had a job I'm pretty sure was at least shady once. I lived in San Francisco and got the job on craigslist. The Game Development Conference (GDC) was in town and this... company? random dude? in LA wanted me to remotely offer investment opportunities on his/their behalf. I can't remember the company name but it was generic enough to be fake. He hired on the spot with one phone call, to go to the whole conference weekend, for $14/hr on the honor system (however long i went each day), and just collect business cards of the highest reps I can of "medium to large" companies. So like, not Oculus or Epic Games, but not indie devs either. I just walked around and asked various reps basically "i represent an organization looking to invest in up and coming companies to the tune of a few million, what's the highest ranking business card you can give me?" So I was looking for companies who might need a couple mil and can pay it back and how the shit do i know so i just get as many cards as i can. The rest of the time i checked out GDC, cuz fuck yeah free floor pass. I got well over the requested average of business cards, way over quota if you count lower sales reps who were repping ppl who couldn't make it. I sent them off to the address I'd been given, which was a Care Of address. Over a couple weeks I heard nothing. I heard nothing until i had moved to another state, and that envelope full of business cards showed up having been returned to my CA address, where i no longer lived, and forwarded. Because the address i was given to send the cards to was fake. I never got paid ofc. The guy i talked to sounded like the epitome of a man on a lot of cocaine trying to make an empty office sound busy. He talked a mile a minute and would never shut up. A check-in phone call took 20+ min. I badly needed a job at the time so i gave benefit of the doubt. I didn't make rent and had to move across the country to work at a gas station for a year, but hey i went to GDC for free right? (I didn't really have time to do anything cool, the highlight by far was meeting the Amanita Design team who I love and chatting a little). So yeah idk wtf that was, tl;dr some scammy cokehead used me as a proxy in an unstable, untenable, and/or illegal operation that amounted to nothing. My theory is they were arrested before my envelope of business cards got there, or they were foreclosed. It wasn't even a direct address, it was c/o some random name.

The funniest part will always be that Coffee had to whip out a community out of nowhere for Dillon.
Coffe is such a virgin bro
No, the funniest part is that the one time Dillon did any due diligence by looking for their community he couldn't find it he still failed. He then asked them why he couldn't find their community and if a community existed. They whipped up a community out of nowhere followed entirely by bots in about an hour. And somehow the sudden appearance of a community of 3,413 followers that has existed for little over an hour didn't send up any red flags for him.

Considering dude signs a contract without reading it at all, Coffeezilla should've gonne further and hand him a contract where he forfeits all his possessions to him lol.
Yeaaah that wouldn't work in a court lol
There are a lot of rules to contracts. For example if you intentionally drag it out and hide things like that in the print and you are taken to court over the contract the court is going to rule against you even if they signed the contract because you are intentionally counting on the fact that the contract won't be read in order to sneak incentives in there. Even if it's short if the request is considered unreasonable it will be thrown out.

MOOOHNNEEEYY??
I just found out that the job I was "working" for was a scam. Lolol but I've been out of a job for two months and they lured me in with good pay
"He can't even actively farm children."
Was such an out of blue sentence I spit out my drink good lord

Dillon just goes "neuron activate" whenever he sees "Payment" next to a large number
Coffeezilla and Charlie are in a symbiotic relationship. Coffeezilla makes content for Charlie to make content on, and Charlie promotes coffeezilla. Nature really is beautiful
lesson learned : actually read contract beyond the first few paragraphs, some ill-willed people will actually write unfair clauses that are 'hidden' between pages, hoping no one would read. only coffeezilla and his team are the ones doing it for the sake of showing your own mistakes, the others ones will bleed your bank account out.
Coffeezilla is like those enemies in games that chase you and can't die like Nemesis from Resident Evil, the necromorphs that can regenerate from Dead Space, and Pyramid Head from Silent Hill. Except there is no way to escape or kill him and your just fucked if he gets you in his cross hair.
