Unfortunately the vinyl floor link is for 1984-1996 XJ’s ONLY! But I don’t see why it wouldn’t work on 1997-2001 XJ’s. So if you own a 1997-2001 buy at your own risk! Sorry! But I forgot to add the video of the amount of insulation they sent with the vinyl floor. But it was a laughable amount maybe a 4”x3” piece of insulation…
Do you know of or have you seem anywhere to get the vinyl floor for the 97-01 by chance? i am pulling my carpet this winter and doing all the sound deadening and would like to go vinyl instead of with carpet.
Thanks for watching! I honestly don’t know man, I wish the company I used did. Give that ACC company a call and ask why an 84-96 vinyl floor wouldn’t work in a 97-01. I honestly don’t know why it wouldn’t work. I doubt they changed the floor pan that much.
@@2AOverland absolutely I'll keep watching you post. XJ owners have to stick together and share any knowledge we can to keep these amazing vehicles going
Nice came out great! My 2000 Ram has vinyl floor. For easy clean up I take orange degreaser hand soap and a tire scrub brush to get in those small crevasses, wipe clean with a rag. Rinse and repeat.
Looks good. Really good suggestions and thorough explanations. Thank you. Does that material allow for you to use PVC (shower pan liner) adhesive? That might allow one to better cover those areas that have gaps, like around gear shift and others - a tighter fit. Just a thought.
Day late and a dollar short, but a heat gun might have helped. Never mind. Should have watched a little longer. Looks pretty good overall. God bless, stay well and Happy New Year.
Here’s a link to the daily driver prp seats! If you have an XJ you need to get the adapter brackets www.prpseats.com/product/daily-driver-suspension-seat/
Thank you! I just got back from the maiden voyage and it’s extremely quiet now and I didn’t feel any heat from the floor board! It’s quiet enough inside to hear all the rattles from a 26yr old jeep 😅😂

Looks FABULOUS!!!!!
Thank you so much 😊
Hopefully it will cool it down a bunch! I know Natalie will appreciate that.
My exact thoughts 😅 Nat was not a fan of going on trips during the summer with that heat.
