Hi Steve. Thanks for the video. Just installed two jet ski docks this weekend on our lake. We're having some difficulties with the skis rolling backwards completely on their own even when they are all the way forward. We have 2019 Yamaha FX-SVHO skis. All of the rollers are in the center position. Any suggestions?
Jim Harding I’m taking delivery today of a SLX6 and I believe the new ones have an attachment point near the bow stop for a mooring line but we’ll see. I’ll just be happy to be able to roll the ski off easily. Thanks for the quick reply on a year old comment..!!
@@richardstevens5961 That attachment is very difficult to use if you are in an area with a lot of waves. One of ours ripped out of that attachment one afternoon and we had a $17K jetski floating around on our lake by itself! If your area is calm you should be fine.
WARNING - Wave Armor will NOT provide stamped engineering drawings to show they meet Florida building codes as per PASCO County permit requirements!! Their Florida representative is telling me that is my responsibility and could cost $600 or higher!! I bought brand new 2 SLX6 ports with extensions from Wave Armor. All are sitting in my garage!!
He is rolling his Seadoo back and forth with one hand. It takes all my weight pushing on the bow to get it rolling. By the way, there are NO DIMPLES and popping out the rollers is not so easy. Just saying.

What was your solution to this problem?
@@richardstevens5961 Installed 2 Shoremaster ratchet hand winches that hook to the front end of the skis. They hold the skis in place.

Trouble getting wheels out. No “dimples” on bearing. Any suggestions?
