Do you guys get decent waves from boats? I'm thinking of using these but we get 2-3 foot waves on the weekends so I'm not sure how well these would hold up. Wondering if you guys have waves like that.
The galvanized pioe is 2" (2-3/8 outer) x 10' which is pretty standard in our neck of the woods. The PVC is 3" x 10'. The pioe is generally driven in at least 1/3 of the water depth at "normal" level. Total pipe length has to accommodate water level fluctuations which in our area can involve flooding. We also like to leave the PVC on the taller side in areas with night time boating in hopes that somebody will see it if they get to close.
Thanks for sharing !

I would recommend the EZ Port MAX 2i or EZ Port 280. Waves won't bother them.
You get 2-3 footers hitting your docks and/or break wall...you need a lift.
What size / length poles/pvc ? How deep did you pt them down? Why does the pvc have to be that long?

Did you have a dolly to move it on land?
We do have some wood dollies that we built for moving dock sections and ports on land. Most of the time we use a tractor with forks.
Is that kid seriously a Styx fan or is that a disposable work shirt? I guess the latter.
+DR RULES His dad and me are huge music fans with large collections. He grew up listening to our music and does like a large variety including Styx.
