- From Jim - The car is a 1926 ford 2 door sedan, it has been chopped and channeled over a home made frame. It has a Flathead Ford 59A 221 CI, 100 over with a McCulloch variable speed supercharger, Isky 3/4 cam, Edelbrock heads, hooked to a T5 trans.
The sound of this engine...... and the view is out of this world!
Hi, Im a bit later on seeing 1:41 your video, but can you do a detailed video on your supercharger setup.
...that McCulloch sure adds some good sounds...
I like the concept of variable charger, but boy, does this flathead, running in *proper rev range*, makes me shiver
Wish my town closed the roads like this!! What a ride!
Timeless and beautiful!!!!!! Thank you for your hard work to bring a flat head to life!!! :-)

where was this filmed?
AT the Hot Rod Hill Climb in Central City Colorado. The 5th annual Hill Climb is coming up on Sept 15th - 17th again in Central City.
@@ThomasStaab1247 looks like a fun event. How many cars run the course?
That thing ran faster than the straight 8
The straight 8 had no brakes. So didn’t run it harder than I wanted to crash 😉
@@HotRodPackard That's why you had it in neutral at one point & were downshifting
