The ARB Jack is a hydraulic long travel off road recovery jack that will allow you to lift more weight than a comparable "farm style" jack in a safer, easier to operate package. It's made from the same high quality 6061 T6 aluminum as ARB's Old Man Emu BP-51 Shocks and can safely lift up to 4,400lbs. The adjustable jack foot reduces the need to raise the entire jack to match the lift point of your Jeep, and the Jack features a full range of 21" of lift travel. The 2 stage lowering is controlled with an easy to access and operate lever on the top of the Jack. The Jack includes a deluxe carry bag, and there's an optional Jack Base Plate available separately to increase the functionality of the Jack. www.quadratec.com/p/arb/road-...

I bought this Jack when it first came out. I've used it twice on others rigs. After seeing this in action, both of them bought this jack. Extremely well made and super safe to operate. This compliments my ARB inflatable jack. I ditched my Hi Lift.
Holy $&!* $800!! F that!
Cant wait to use this as a com-along, and when i cant, i can look at the logo in the ground and all will be fine. well worth the extra 750$
8:02 It's hard not to notice you tossed this in horizontally. I've heard many places elsewhere on the internet that the jack must be stored vertically. Can it be stored horizontally or can it only be stored vertically?
Ridiculousness..... almost $800 high lift jack??? Hard pass
I thought it might be $200 or $300. Really surprised me to see the price. I had to look 3 times before I believed it. I'll keep my high lift that I've had for 30 years. Still works great.
Sure will look pretty mounted on a jl or jk mall crawler. Hopefully someone will come out with a mounting kit to show how awesome said Jeep is.
Anyone need to buy an organ or child? I’m thinking about getting one of these but need to raise some funds, willing to negotiate.
Stephen Ryan -lol hands down the best comment!
$800 is crazy for a jack! Now you know why Hi-Lift is still the standard offroading!
$800??? No way
LMAO $800 for a Jack!
Don’t be poor
He likes the arb logo so much he should get it tattooed
Nice
for the cost, its only a jack. That's it, its a jack. Not worth it.
To be fair, what's considered to be "worth it" is often times subjective.
I think I'm getting one .
Have to start a go fund me account first..
It would have to be amazing to justify the 10x cost. Wow.
Nice thingy now about how much is such a nice tool gonna cost somebody all ways wants to boost up prices on nice tools like that nice jack you got there
One very important thing to mention is your not supposed to store this on its side it's supposed to be stored upright. This is a very nice jack I strapped mine to a roll cage upright with some rubber straps. For the money you would think they would have mounting options and you'd think it would be able to store on its side like 90 percent of people store their hi lift jack. Honestly I think this should be in the 500-600 dollar price range but it's a nice jack and a very nice alternative to a hi-lift
What I like about this is that it is much more controlled and safer than a farm Jack. A lot less margin for user error. A farm Jack handle could fly up suddenly and nail the novice user (which I suspect most ppl with a hi Jack mounted on their jeep are and have never/seldomly used it) in the face. Anytime I've had to use one I've had to very carefully stand behind the handle and slowly lower the lever. It feels dangerous and unstable. These reasons alone make the ARB a better choice than a farm Jack (for me personally) but I have one question: could you winch with the arb? When used properly, a farm Jack can very effectively become a winch in a pinch! This is a huge Pro for the farm Jack.
After writing the above, I went and checked out the prices on the ARB (as this is the first I've seen it) and Whoa! Ill stick with my hi-lift. I could buy a new bumper or a rack for the price of one of these babies. Awesome features but there's no way the cost to make one is even a quarter of the list price which makes this way overpriced.
I totally want this! Wait...$800? Nevermind...
How does this cost more than on board air, a winch or a locker??? It’s a glorified hydraulic tube.
Price this at 299.00 and we all may own one. It’s a great design that deserves some credit but, it’s not affordable!!
1100 dollars Canadian. For that price you might as well pay for a tow truck
I really dont need this JACK the normal mechanical one works perfect. Good luck buddy.
Need an attachment to help lift on/off spare on the hatch
How long before the Smittybilt version comes out?
Question: The provided instructions say not to store the ARB Jack on its side or it will leak. Yet they are all shipped on their side. They also are stored on their side at the distribution warehouse and in delivery trucks. Mine arrived covered in oil because of these reasons. Further, how are we to store the Jack outside the vehicle if it comes in a storage bag that is without mounting hardware and which causes one to assume that the Jack is to be stored IN the vehicle, where it almost always can only be stored on its side, because of its height? Why isnt there mounting hardware specific to the Jack, designed/sold by ARB that is 1) meant to be mounted on exterior and that, 2) incorporates theft resistant features (e.g. lockable hardware)? I'm in the states. These are very popular here but that is changing quickly. I just returned from the Overland Expo and my question above, includes the 2 most heard complaints about this product and are the reasons why so many are now turning to other products. The number 1 complaint however: storing this on its side should not allow oil to leak/this is a very poor design feature! I love ARB but this is money I'm now seeing that was poorly spent, due to an incomplete design and a lack of mounting options, which ARB should've addressed prior to releasing this product. ARB, please address these 3 things, or I fear ARB will see this products interest lose steam. ARB is a solid company but the mark was missed on this one big time.
And another video of the jack stopping short of lifting the vehicle off the ground, is it because of the 5 minutes it takes to collapse the jack back down or it can’t extend hi enough to actually remove a tire
As everything with ARB it looks very nicely made and does look good and very safe but just glorified price wise but they know people will pay it. £780 here in the UK. Sorry but I'd rather just spend that maintaing my truck so I wouldn't have to use one. Got my high lift jack for £5 from a sale and rebuilt it like new and I hardly use it. Think the principles would still work whether I spent £5 or £780 on a jack but I know I'd rather spend that on my truck
In before anyone said "nO tHaNkS i'Ll KeEp My Hi-lIfT!"
Looks nice .... $$$ price hmmm .... Safer and easier to use. I have a heart issue, which will mean less effort to use, so this Jack is a real positive for me.
Anyone know whether this can replace the stock jack that came with the car ? because after changing new tires my normal jack doesnt seem to do the job
Unless you have metal bumpers or sliders I'm going to say no
Works horizontally?
That's a ridiculous price just for a jack!
Maybe you get a FREE Ginsu Knife!
It’s a jack costing $800.00 . Most likely made in China. I think I will wait until they go on sale 50% off. That’s way too much for a jack
400 is way to much
As a prior Aircraft Mech, very impressive, well made, but the price just isn't justified!
Can I use the jack to lift my truck and change the wheel ?
yes you can, make sure to chock the wheels.
Will it fit my Rolls Royce? $$$
Buy bottle jack and be safe as well your body panels will not get damage
Jack Off Road 🤣😂😆
Awesome jack but 800 $$$$ is too expensive. I'll pass
Yeah it's no hi lift jack, but at least you won't run the risk of losing all your teeth. That dental bill will be higher than the price difference between the hi lift jack and the arb jack.
Definitely a great design and love the engineering. But in typical ARB fashion, they've hd to price it so only the top 1% can even afford it. I almost NEVER use my HiLift. Maybe twice where a jack like this was the better option, but never was it the only option. I tell people to find something else to spend money on for your Jeep. This is at the bottom of my list.
Awesome Jack but way too much on the price I would rather buy a high-lift jack way cheaper
Isn’t it like a $900 jack?
I wouldn’t buy at 400. I only paid 80 for my high lift and I put it under the rear seat in my JL.
Its awesome and perfect but it's also over priced!!!!
FREAKING $$$800 BUCKS
ppfftt 800 bucks and you gotta buy the base separately.
Hahahaha yea no doubt "To keep in your Jeep!" If you have it any where else kiss it good bye!!!!
800 bucks ??come on ARB are you high?
i understand the quality of the jack is a fantastic piece but really the price is way out of line,,,seriouslyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
holy shit.....aprox. 800 bucks ..... good product but sorry way too expensive
ARB: I have about 250, maybe 300 I'm trying to spend with you. You guys are tripping with that price point. "BuT tHe TeChNoLoGy..." Save it.
They lost about 95% of potential buyers with their rediculous price point! Thanks for the idea though...Looks like I can design and build my own version, or even make something better!
Ridiculous price. It’s nice, but not 10x nicer than a farm jack.
I thought you were in the business of making money not scaring people away.
SOUNDS LIKE A FKING JEEP COMMERCIAL i for one really don't like jeeps and find it really annoying that all these companies basically make everything for jeeps and hardly any thing for other makes
We are primarily a Jeep retailer, however, like many products we sell, they aren't Jeep specific, but that is our biggest customer base.
Sorry, I will not be spending that $833.00 for this jack, and then another $50.00 for the bottom plate, too much money for something that is seldom used, and as far as breaking down a tire with this jack, it can be done with a car, or any other jack, been there done that, with Hubby directing the workforce. No thank you too rich for my blood!!!!! I don't mind buying things that are useful and will give me good service but this could never give me the service the that the cost could be explained away for.
Did ARB forget that when off-roading the hi-lift is more than just a jack. This is Not a replacement. Not to mention now its something else you have to find a spot to store inside the rig. The hi-lift is still superior.
For $100, I'd buy it, else I've got other things to spend my AMERICAN MICRO PESOS on.
Arb must be smoking alot of weed $700 + for this yeah right.
I think they are on crack selling a jack for $800 it looks good but maybe for $200
Lol everyone loses their mind at the price of a jack, but have thousands spent on other gear that they never use anyway.
$800!!!!! WTF????!!! R u serious?
$800 for a jack? shove it
Wayyyyyyyyy too much... id probably pay $300 MAX!!!
Y'all are way behind and y'all got the idea from autoedits page
Are we? the first feature we did on this was at SEMA 2018 ua-cam.com/video/ZdjO5Iua3IQ/v-deo.html
Autoedits pioneered the idea to spotlight an Australian company's product? What the fuck are you on, Hatcher?
Doesnt hold a candle to a farm jack
OK farmer
Thank you farmers for growing the food we buy in stores and restaurants around the world. Signed .. Rancher
@Blake, But, But, But, a city boy would need muscles to use a farm jack, and as long as there are farmers there will be muscles to use a farm jack at a price tag that is less than $100.00. And if you are a Farmer, then Thank You for producing the foods we eat!!!!
Wtf lol $800 for fucking jack🤣🤣
Nice design, stupid price!
Yeah I don't care how good of a Jack it is I'm not shelling out 800 dollars for one.
Lmfaorotf 800 dollars for a Jack.
Stupid shit.
